Great job young man, like others have said a wee bit of washing up liquid does the trick, or I am sure you can buy eye protector glasses with vents ??. Pity you had to trim the lovely deep brown/red colour away, but you have a good eye for symmetry. The roar of the RR was awesome too.
Thanks buddy some customers like it all shaped up Anything flowering I hate to trim but if any clients want something done I won’t argue as we’ve got to earn a living and keep them bills paid Thanks for watching bro I’ll have another video up soon I’m currently on holiday until the weekend 😎☀️ just down in Dorset I’m off to meet Stephen cheese garden services from RUclips in abit
Not sure if anyone has already said this as I've not scrolled through the comments. Steamed up eye protection... Back in the day my mum used to use a thin layer of washing up liquid on the inside of her motorcycle helmet visor, buff it up, apparently that helps with steaming up...
Hi buddy a few have said similar and I had no idea I really appreciate the feed back will help me out massive Thanks for watching have a great rest of the week Ride safe bud 🙌🏼
Always funny to see successive gardeners follow the shape of the previous when cutting shrubs and end up with the same bone organic bulbs pork pies and donner kebabs :) .
Thanks mate I love shaping things up it’s one of my favourite jobs alongside mowing Equally don’t mind edging and detailing beds Have a super weekend mate
@@THETATTOOGARDENER83 Not sure but I think he's referring to the safety googles, using a slice of potato to rub on the lenses to stop them fogging, careful the potato doesn't chip the goggles LOL
They come in really handy I’ve got the extension bar for extra long hedges but the extra weight makes it really heavy to use for long periods Thanks for watching guys
Nicely done 👍
Thanks Anthony mate 🙌🏼

Sounds like some of my favourite foods please stop your making me hungry 😂
I tend to leave a slight gap between my eyes and the glasses, put them on, then pull then away a little, gap for ventilation 👌 works for me anyway
That’s a good tip I’ll give that a try
Thanks for watching mate have a good weekend
You could try a pair of goggles with mesh
I used to have one but because it was black mesh I couldn’t see what I was doing so went back to the goggles
Smear eye protection with washing up liquid, work around , lightly finish with breath and soft cloth
Thanks Steve these tips are really handy

Pete - rub washing up liquid on inside of your safety glasses. Stops it steaming up 👍
Does it actually I’m down for trying anything it’s so frustrating when your up and down ladders trimming
Thanks for the tip mate
@@THETATTOOGARDENER83 definitely works, I do it all the time 👍 rub it in with a micro fibre cloth. Perfect
@@JMBgardenservices thanks mate really appreciate this have a nice weekend
I have the same problem with safety glasses misting up. I switched to mesh glasses, they can't mist up.
Do they do a clear mesh if so might consider this option
Thanks Thomas
@THETATTOOGARDENER83 I don't think so, but the tiny holes you look through are clear anyway, it's not like looking through a tinted lense.
what would we do without long reach hedge trimmers 🤔
They come in really handy
I’ve got the extension bar for extra long hedges but the extra weight makes it really heavy to use for long periods
Thanks for watching guys
Go old school and tape a broom handle to the short hedge trimmer and tape the trigger in the on position. Not dangerous at all lol
think u can buy anti mist oones bud
Hi mate thanks buddy I did wonder it’s such a pain having to stop every 10 secs to de mist my goggles 😂
