Hi picked up a Thunder 3 last night I ordered from a NYC shop, charged it all night & wanted to lift stem to find metal part that hold silver locking pins $ set screws missing metal on both sides, does Minimotors have a return policy, this looks extremely dangerous???

Hi. I recently purchased a fingerprint reader for my Eagle Pro. When I opened up the throttle I found out that the LED lights, front and rear light was connected to the jumper slot where you would connect the reader. Could you give me any advise on how to make the installation while having the lights still working? Thank you in advance.

Can this be used as switch without connecting it to eye-throttle? Let say i wanna have some function locked and wanna be able to use it only in case i unlock it with my fingerprint... Could that be done and how? I wanna do this on zero 10x scooter. thanks in advance
I'm sorry I don't trust this it looks terrible I don't mean to be rude there's no way I'm going to drill a hole and side of a elecktronicks speedometer that controls a $4000 scooter and ruin it accidentally there's gotta be another way to do it because the Corinne's of done it a different safer way
If anyone is so useless they can’t follow those simple instructions and wreck the throttle they are not very expensive to replace. The scooter isn’t totalled
Why do you say it adds no security the average person just wants to grab the scooter and drive away are you saying it works with everyone's fingerprint????

So is this controller wire long? Does it replace the standard cylindrical mount for the throttle assembly or does it somehow mount on top of it?

In place of a drill I was able to use a butter knife to file a notch in the enclosure to run the cable.

Cut the wire, connect blue and white wires and you ready to go in 10 seconds. Minimotors, you can do something better for $100, i have faith in you.
Is the eye waterproof? From what I'm seeing here it does not look like it.

People: there are 4 screws to open the EYE , the 4th screw is under a gold round sticker behind the buttons side.

A new controller is plug and play and costs like $50, very little risk.

Do NOT program fingerprints from multiple fingers. It will lock you out of your scooter.
Make sure you use the same finger 4 times.

The Koreans did it a different way!!
It looks really easy to do. Even if you're screw the whole thing up a new controller isn't expensive at all.
