Try resetting the WSL
For that:
1. Go to Control Panel >

When I check is my system compatible or not, the value for Hyper v for vm monitor mode, second level address, and data execution say yes, but for hyper v virtualization enable say no. It might be possible that WSL configuration issue might be the case…if Docker is trying to integrate with a WSL distribution that is not properly configured or has corrupted files, it might result in a failure to update.
It would be too much complicated to fix that from this point but the easiest way can be reinstalling
