Superb tips for stress relief. I have started benefiting from meditating 🧘♂️ daily mornings to start off my day & can feel increased levels of energy even after working upto 10-12 hours continuously. Jai Gurudev. I have so many ambitions, but am unable to stick to a routine. I burn out easily and circumstances (home/ health/ family) call my immediate attention which further lead to losing my consistency. Be it practicing SKY or Yoga or exercise, nothing is consistent. Had anyone explained these problems to me, I'd call them lazy and unmotivated, but I am neither.... Just unable to keep up. This is my 3rd attempt at UPSC CSE, I really want to make a difference in my daily routine. Maybe, I just am too alone or without a guide. Please bless me that I change my habits this time.
First of all, as a first step, please don't label yourself - like I am unable to follow. Because when you do that, even if you miss something you promised yourself even once, your mind will start saying-look, you couldn't follow through and this will make you go spiraling down to other negative emotions about yourself. Even you miss, try it again and again... There will be a point where you will be able to maintain the consistency you are aiming to achieve. Even Gurudev says, don't label yourself I am like this, I am like that:)

Now say your self, I have read Enough I have listened enough I have watched enough Now I have to perform/ apply it in my life When you start doing it When you start applying it real life Then the New phase of life starts Be open to this New phase whole heartedly without any fear Now see the transaction in your life Best luck to you
Respected sir its wonderful if u take my question n answer through your videos. How to convince a teenager boy who hardly pays attention to any type of situation going around him. As I know that once he starts practicing simple breathing exercises ,physical exercises, or meditation he will improve. But the question is how to make him start..In my silence I as a mother trying to find the answer. I think this is a very common problem nowadays. But very serious. I meditate n do pranayama .From trying to be disciplined and calm person to a really disciplined n calm person I have observed my journey its been 14 years by the grace of guru ji I got my answers in my silence .At this point when I need some guidance to make my child a better person

Thanks nice to hear your healing ideas so that i can come out from depression. But mental trauma is very hard. I can't come out from past thoughts because my future is very unstable and don't know what to do.
I will implement everything except walking with barefoot for the next three months. The temperature here in Wisconsin is -6C and I will freeze my foot :).
Where does Bawa stay? " i casually asked a lady who was assisting in one event in Blr ashram. She said " oh bawa, wo waha guru ji ke paas mein kahin rehte hain"...but i got the answer you stay in Gurudev's heart...such answer Gurudev can only give through us...

Bawa sir please answer my questions I am 30 years old now and after next 2 months I will be 31.I am doing things now which I had to do when I was 21. Now I don't have any job I did msc in physics and now trying to pursue some IT job and my job is to study whatever skill set the referers say with very less chances to even get an interview I have experienced lot of pain and regret for what I have done even though I feel it is not a mistake but now I take hastie decisions and do regretful actions when I get panic and there are chances of getting a non IT job in Art of Living.Suppose if I get some job my work is to do that job but if I am not in job my work is to simply read and read about the needed skillset.My question is even though I feel my routine is pre-occupied I can never implement or study what I have planned if the subject I am studying is a very new thing and if have to memorize and byheart a lot which makes me highly uncomfortable and reduces my reading speed of mine so if I do extra things in my routine like what you have specified will my speed of the work what I am doing increase with more accomplishments and quality?
Missed out on sunlight good for everything including sleep swimming over waking for joints and lungs eating natural food with atleast 18 to 20 hr of fasting out of 24 hr 2 early meals and ware barefoot shoes always or sleeper ..never were regular shoes also feeling him 24 ×7 keep trying
Bawa, being an AOL follower we know the benefits of these hacks however I will focus on Grounding and Sleep. Never think and imagine value of this simple hack. We are waiting for grounding and forest breathing more science information. Being in natural place i always experienced stress free and be in hormony with nature. Can we add more pointers here like staying away from screen/mobile phones 😊 Looking for more and more videos on BnD and instagram. Jai Gurudeva..❤
