    What I do which kinda works for me is . I put all parcels in the trunk, then I put packages behind drivers seat , then I put all envelopes on front seat

      I have not started yet but thinking about it, does the delivery ap tell you if a delivery is an envelope or a package? BTW whats the diff between a parcel and a package? Thanks!

    Do you have a video on how to sort same day delivery packages with yellow stickers that do not have 22 (30) just as an example?

    • @Afinitjay
      @Afinitjay  2 года назад +1

      Unfortunately, I have not delivered any amazon packages lately. This was the only way at the moment I know how to organize the packages when I was driving for amazon.

    How do you inquire about doing flex..it doesn’t show my area online but I know they do it out of my local delivery station

  • @LevonAllen13
    @LevonAllen13 2 года назад +1

    I never do the deliveries in the order they’ve arranged. Since I’m familiar with my city- pre sorting is just by zip code. I finish four hour blocks in 2.5 and three hour blocks in 1.5. I won’t do five hours because they screw you on pay . I get the same pay for a three that people do fives for

    How does the label help when 1 customer has multiple packages ? what would the label say?

  • @zeealamin7581
    @zeealamin7581 Год назад +1

    Thank you, makes so much sense. I will try this method! I would sort all the blue/ white envelopes together in the front of my vehicle. All boxes in trunk. All other envelopes in back seat.

    what if you have only 1 sort zone and the packages don't have numbers in parentheses? I had gotten those packages in the past before.

    • @Afinitjay
      @Afinitjay  3 года назад

      I'm not sure I understand. how many stops and packages did you have? That's happened to me before but it's usually like 22 - 25 packages and all of them fit in the back seat so I don't have to really sort them.

    When you start driving how will that work? Is it like amazon fresh where it tells you to go after each delivery?

    • @nicolekinna9171
      @nicolekinna9171 3 года назад +2

      Hi Jessica, yes. The app will tell you where to go after you have finished each delivery. It’s a pretty good app, the navigation just drives me bonkers sometimes. 😊

    I live in the same area as you-I pick up on Beecher and I've been mostly doing Hayward. BUT...the packages are so hard to arrange in my car. You and other videos also said to look for (1), (2), etc., but SL never has those. At least I don't see them. I'll try the sort zone method you said. I hope it works. It makes it torture out there when you have 60 packages. Maybe you can tell me what else I can do.

    • @Afinitjay
      @Afinitjay  4 года назад +2

      You got 60 packages? The most I have had in the past 46, and I thought that was plenty. Try it out just make you keep an eye on the methods I mentioned in the video that never fails me.

    DSF4 is in San Leandro correct? Have they organized the station to be more efficient?

    • @Afinitjay
      @Afinitjay  4 года назад

      Harman Pabla they have organized it and most of the time you pick up and there’s no wait time. On hot days and depending what time you go it can get hectic like last week out of the whole week there was one day where I waited 30 mins before I picked up my route. There trying but some days it just dosent work out for them.

    This just changed my life! I'm fairly new to Flex and I've just been throwing the packages in my car without sorting them whatsoever and I've been been able finish my blocks beforehand. However, with this new found knowledge, I'm confident that I'll be saving a lot more time, therefore improving my efficiency.
