We did c paranah fish but the guide did not throw something in for the paranya to quickly devour. I was surprised. We wanted to c hold being mined HOWEVER where gold is mined is not near any city or town. If ppl have an argument & one kills the other it's business as usual which shocked me! Same as out west when this country was being settled!

Up one mountain crossed a bald and down a second mountain while in there , an awesome experience!

But depending where you are in Oregon there are Timber Rattlers, I hear we have Scorpions now in some parts, where I lived we had the occasional Mountain Cat, packs of Coyotes, and if you drive up to Joseph Oregon the occasional Moose might chase you. Oh yes I forgot the most important creature to look out for....The Old Man Of The Woods. Which is Big Foot.
