I love how this isn't even just wrong notes, it emulates the musician messing up and trying again, trying to get a feel for the song. It so perfectly captured that feeling.
Same I'm Trying to play this in Roblox I pretty much get that middle part messed up even a Person who knew the song could play the middle and beginning but they can't play the last part aka the very very fast part
Oh wow, you always put effort into even the silliest things. This feels incredibly NATURAL. It's not just a haha lol bad cover, it's legitimately how an amateur pianist would play this on their first try. The annotations are icing on the cake. Cheers, guys :D
This is the most realistic “but I XYZ” arrangement. Those “I got distracted” videos are just so full of random, unrelated things that don’t accurately depict distraction at all. This one is about not practising, but honestly, had you titled it “I get distracted” I would simply have related.
This is actually how all my practice sessions go no matter what song I'm playing. It doesn't matter if i spend 40 or 400 hours a day practicing, it never turns out very well.
Not a musician, but this is how I feel playing Hollow Knight after a long break between playthroughs. So many bosses can be summed up by this discordant tune XD
As someone just learning piano and being constantly frustrated at how nothing comes naturally to me, I actually really appreciate this. It’s nice to be reminded other people struggle too. Sometimes music feels like the only art form where there’s a very specific right and wrong way, and everyone judges you when you aren’t perfect right away. I’ll keep practicing though!
Brooooo Im relatively new to piano and you've just bring me so much confidence, since this is EXACTLY how it goes and I didn't knew is it normal or not
You know what just out of spite I'm going to practice and learn this exact rendition and play it there will be no mistakes but the song itself will be a mistake
This reminds me the first time a was practicing rush e, I like how accurate is to someone recently playing a song for the first time, like the stops will playing or going faster and then slowing down, and I love it!
I am fascinated! They managed to make the sheet in such a way that seems like an inexperienced person playing piano. Not even a pinch does it sound like it's been all set up. Keep up! 👌
That was a great interpretation ! As a professionnal pianist, you're also good at making the same as beginners. I'm still not at this level but I think I will use this video for practicing !
This is a good opportunity to spend a moment of thought to appreciate how much work it takes to (first) learn how to play the piano, and (second) learn how to play a melody like this.
LOL!! 😂🤣🤣 I was crying laughing the whole time while watching this. I remember trying to learn to play other piano pieces, until my frustration boiled over, and then I called it a day since I had other homework to work on. For a second... I thought that I was in the college lab rooms again. LOL!! 😂🤣🤣 Great job and awesome work! 👍🏼
This was pain because I've listened to rush E so much I'm anticipating each put and then its delayed and I can feel it like someone just punched me in my gut
This is literally me. Especially when the piece required you to play many random 4 notes chords consecutively. No skill, just pray you somehow got them right.
i've only ever had lessons in violin and this hits deep. even if every note should be right, when youre doing it all the right way with so many pieces it still sounds off - but in a way this was beautiful
This was the best start to my day! I laughed so hard because I hated practicing piano as a kid and this brought back those memories. Thanks for the laugh SMB!
