    Fragrant and aromatic, this Pandan & Coconut milk Loaf is flavourful yet simple in its own ways. You will definitely take a liking to how flavourful this Pandan Loaf is with its simplicity and fragrance.
    INGREDIENTS:
    500g Flour
    100g active starter
    12g salt
    15 fresh pandan leaves (blend and extract the juice) with 300g water (use all pandan juice.)
    50g coconut milk or coconut cream
    Note:
    (Pandan & coconut milk should be in total of 350g as a substitute of 350g water )
