This video took tremendous Courage Dale! I could see the fear in your face yet You have a Warriors soul! as you continue to record fighting the anxiety!! This video is extremely motivational to anybody that has that intense type of anxiety :) I don’t have that type of intense anxiety no more I used to when I did my first social anxiety video I was 22 and I was walking down the street much like you’re doing at this park. and I had intense fear I had hair down past my shoulders. A wispy mustache lol. My iPhone 4 And The belief if just one person that saw this video could be helped that was enough for me to gain strength and willpower to walk down the street and make the video. And in that video when I saw one of my neighbors who normally I would avoid if I was ever outside I had the courage to say hey how are you doing though I don’t have that video no more and my old channel is gone I’ll never forget some of my best Vlogs!
