      @@mimszanadunstedt441 for me beta works if i not only read but also organize and write, to get the core out of a text. so in alpha i go into it to deep. in beta im able to have a helicopter view and pick out what i need and not drown in the details. But everyone is different. if you naturally are in alpha all the time daydreaming while studying, this beta makes a difference. but others are too beta and they do better with alpha in their ears while studying, to be open to take it in. I HAVE NEVER TRIED THIS BEFORE AND I MUST SAY THERE IS A DIFFERENCE WHEN BUSY WITH MY WORK. I feel more connected with what I am doing (work). Almost like it blocks out whatever stresses me out. For any students/learners, listen to this at night when you want to study and struggle to focus. When you start playing this - do not start immediately rather sit for 2-4 mins of how long it takes you to register with the sound. Close your eyes as it blocks out everything. and then when you feel ready, to begin with, what you should (work) you'll feel really calm and blocked from everything causing you to stress and keeping you from focussing.

    • @aaronvandergoot

    I think ancient civilizations knew ALOT about acoustics and frequencies, and some advanced ones used it for rock cutting and relied on the positioning of certain stones and cut angles and set them so certain areas have powerful frequencies; probably very good for prayers or rituals. Many ancient figures especially Egyptians hold what looks to be tuning forks, and they pop up in other civilizations. I think also it's very evident ancient civilizations were in general more spiritually attuned than us and lived in a less toxic less muddled world that allowed them to naturally flourish spiritually. I think humans need to revisit acoustics or sound and take it more seriously, and incorporate it more into our lives and through technological innovation. I know military has powerful top secret sound or frequency technology, and who knows what else

    When removing the headphones, for a few seconds after you hear the noises surrounding us and they are quite sinister! This is a true sign that we eventually “get used” to frequencies, what scares me is that this could potentially be used as mind control or act as false emotions such as extreme anger or Depression. Frequencies vibrate and water/fat is what our brains are made of so imagine the effect!!
    Look at the way the world is and ask yourself the question, “is this really how things should be?”

    The headphones I use are the Razer Blackshark V2. When I enable the THX Spacial Audio, 8 zones in the headphones are enabled, the sound of this Beta wave is different. When enabled the wavering/trembling sound is much more pronounced. Disabled, back to just the default 2 zones, left and right side, the wavering/trembling is greatly reduced and smoother overall. I can only guess and say that the waves were originally designed for the basic 2 zone configuration and using all 8 zones degrades the intended hearing experience. I would love to know the opinions of those smarter than me in this area.

      Stereo creates a sound-field that, more or less, is shaped like a performance stage that is situated in front of you-as if you're sitting in a theater. (Surround sound recreates this same performance stage, but it adds the ability to place sounds to the sides and behind the listener.)

      Binaural beats refers to a technology of two different tones(stereo), one tone for the left ear and another tone for the right ear. The difference between these turns is usually small, from 1 to 30 Hz. The smallness between the two tones causes the brain to have a third difference tone like a swede from the two different (but similar) tones in the left and right ear. This third tone is called the binaural beat, and it has a frequency that changes with the difference between the two tones. If the left tone is 150 Hz, and the right tone is 143 Hz, the binaural beat is 7 Hz

    is it placebo, or it really works? I know beta wave is a band of EEG signal frequencies, but the thing I am asking about is, listening that audio can effect the brain focus SIGNIFICANTLY ??

    • @joshrakestraw3319
      @joshrakestraw3319 2 года назад

      Sound has been proven to be very significant in how it effects the brain both in a positive and in negative ways. I mean we are hardwired to even naturally react to some noises, like human babies crying are supposed to naturally spur some sort of primordial parental instinct within us. But these beat frequencies are a proven science, and I think they are a bit subjective to the individual but so far I've had positive luck with these. I think there are many factors involved: quality of sound clip, quality of headphones or speakers, outside disturbances like people interrupting you, length of time listening, and it depends what hertz or frequency combined with what you doing. For example I tried a DMT frequency while working inside my RV project and I quickly found it wasn't ideal so I switched back to a frequency like this one which is designed for working or doing things and basically being active. Some beats are meant for you to stay still, sit or lay down and probably close your eyes and try to go into a meditative state or simply fall asleep. These aren't magic bullets by any means, but science backs them up that they work and can alter the effects while being under the influence of drugs. Also I tried frequencies meant for sexual arousal or that mood and strangely enough about 5-10 minutes while just focusing on the frequency and not fantasizing amd with my eyes closed, I started to get aroused or feel stimulated down there (root chakra)

      @@joshrakestraw3319 I heard that Ottoman doctors used "Music therapy" in their hospitals, I guess there might be a frequency - emotion interaction. Also listening the Quran Recitations effects many people. But I guess there is need for more research about listening an audio frequency. I also tried different types of study musics, but I am not sure it works significantly.

    • @Antsaboy94
      @Antsaboy94 7 лет назад +8

      It's C3, so roughly 262Hz. Binaural beats can be implemented in just any coherent track. The trick is to change the frequency 14 to 39 hertz for the other ear. So if the right ear is playing 262Hz, the left ear should be playing anywhere between 223 to 248, or 276 to 301. Former if decreased, latter if increased. As far as I know, it doesn't matter which side has the higher frequency.
