In this Anchor class we will study in detail some of the minor prophets that are closely linked with the book of Revelation. Among those are Habakkuk, Nahum, Joel and Jonah. We will also study portions of the major prophets that are developed in the book of Revelation such as Jeremiah 4, Isaiah 24-27, 36-38 and Ezekiel 38-39 among others. But this is not all, we will also compare God’s perspective of prophecy and ours as well as prophecies that are rarely considered, such as the typological meaning of the cities of refuge, the glory on the face of Moses as he descended from the mount, and the typological parallels between the building of the Jerusalem wall by Nehemiah and our parallel work today.

When I listen to pastor Bohr I know beyond a shadow of a doubt he has the gift of prophecy, no other way to explain how he so eloquently breaks down the scriptures & sop!
What makes you think your faith is respectable?
Men have always known God as a tool of fiction & nothing fails like prayers in a children's hospital. How is it possibly ethical to suggest the equivalent of a notion we all travel with one foot in a stranger's fantasyland, using fictional vocabulary: prophecy, prayer, etc.? Moses: World's worst navigator leads as if one travels best with one foot in The Garden of Eden.
Believers mindlessly suggest it is a good idea for us to suspend our disbelief, granting God made Mormons so Christians would know how Jews feel. Jesus Christ says faith is worthless as a mustard seed when it comes to telling mountains to move with expectations of obedience. The Christian gospels have a joke called the zombie apocalypse and they are played to embarrassment about it now. The gospels have given us the new Jews, but this one gives guidance to eat the body & drink the blood, which is abhorrent, this is what comes of putting the new wine of Christ into an old Jew wineskin. Atwill rests upon great shoulders & now we know the joke. Jesus says, think not I come with peace, but sword, & lists more horrors of The Teacher. What makes you think your faith is respectable?

Talking about "walking," wow what a new way to think of it. Immediately Enoch came to mind. He "walked ,"with God so much that one day he disappears. God must've really loved Enoch's "behavior, " . I can only think Jesus's character must've truly rubbed off on Enoch. Enoch was changed by God so that God enjoyed his company .
I want to hand everything over to God. It may sound cliche but i've heard this before : " LET GO ,AND LET GOD." Yes INDEED, Father KNOWS BEST.
Have thine OWN way LORD, especially when i don't understand. I had a very special talk with God.

The enemy of souls has sought to bring in the supposition that a great reformation was to take place among Seventh-day Adventists, and that this reformation would consist in giving up the doctrines which stand as the pillars of our faith, and engaging in a process of reorganization. Were this reformation to take place, what would result? The principles of truth that God in His wisdom has given to the remnant church, would be discarded. Our religion would be changed. The fundamental principles that have sustained the work for the last fifty years would be accounted as error. A new organization would be established. Books of a new order would be written. A system of intellectual philosophy would be introduced. The founders of this system would go into the cities, and do a wonderful work. The Sabbath of course, would be lightly regarded, as also the God who created it. Nothing would be allowed to stand in the way of the new movement. The leaders would teach that virtue is better than vice, but God being removed, they would place their dependence on human power, which, without God, is worthless. Their foundation would be built on the sand, and storm and tempest would sweep away the structure. . 1SM 204.2
A prophecy in the making, and almost complete.
How I understand what it means to "hasten the second coming". The second coming would have taken place shortly after 1888, but God's people were not ready. Just as you said, this doesn't mean that God changed the day of the Second Coming. God has foreseen when His people will be ready, and based on that, He has set the day of the second coming. Rev 7:3 "Hurt not the earth, neither the sea, nor the trees, till we have sealed the servants of our God in their foreheads."
The generation that will usher the second coming is the generation that will perfect their characters - as a generation, to make up 144,000. It is the generation what will cause the latter rain, the gospel going to all the world That is the
Mat 24:14 "And this gospel of the kingdom shall be preached in all the world for a witness unto all nations; and then shall the end come."
In conclusion, "hastening the second coming" means character perfection through Christ in the new covenant.
Heb 16 "This is the covenant that I will make with them after those days, saith the Lord, I will put my laws into their hearts, and in their minds will I write them;"
" my God my God" Jesus never called God, God when he was talking to Him...he called him Father..so He really was fulfilling scripture

How long did the hour of darkness last?
Am I hearing correctly that the sun[the greater light to rule the day] was created the first day? Maybe I understood it the wrong way. I really hope I did. I think that if we start to allegorize the creation then we are not better than they who say that the days are not literal and stand for ages.
