This strange idea of lore being hidden in obscure locations is a little thing we like to call marketing. :) I'm just being an annoying prig but it just bugs me to no end how GW gets away with this kind of thing repeatedly.
I'm very interested by Warhammer 40k, but I'm having difficulty to put everything together into a coherent view. Where should I start? What books should I start reading?
The way the law is delivered is crazy. But its very fitting for the setting of 40k. Where most of their knowledge of the past is scattered, broken and written from the point of view of the victor.
Is there a Warhammer Series that I don't know about xD? I mean like legit series not yt series ? because I'd like to know more about 40k lore however it is kinda scary looking at all those yt channels and a gazillion videos of 30 min or more
12:10 "Honored battle brother, if you hold this relic to your ear, you can hear a scream." (Other Black Templar busy murdering people for having extra toes or something) "Brother, all I hear is SCREAMING"
My experience with 40k are video games and youtube videos. There are so many books, so many stories, I have money to spend and I spend none of it on books because it's so daunting. Loads of people say to start with horus heresy which I have, just a few days ago I started listening to Horus Rising. But here is the problem, even in horus rising there are still aspects where I have to stop and google because Idk what they are saying. 40k is huge, it's an awesome story to follow. I do wish that some of the tidbits were not hidden behind table top elements. I'm not the type to purchase mini's, cause they will just end up in the trash after collecting dust for a decade. I don't really want to buy rulebooks either. Tis a shame, with all that said. Thank you for your videos. While they tend to leave me with more questions than answers it's still great to get people like you who drop the knowledge that is hidden behind a purchase that is mostly a waste for me.
The way the lore is done by GW is one if the reasons as a new person to the lore, channels like yours and leutin, and a few others are invaluable to me. I have no chance of finding some of this very cool lore without it being pointed out by lorekeepers like you. From there, I can find stuff if I decide I need to or just keep the info in my mind as I delve into the information I do have access to from the black library. I don't even bother with the limited edition stuff since GW has made it scalper bait. But anything on audiobook is fine even if I would like physical media sometimes.
Haha, this is exactly where my Lore chsnnels come in. I buy as much as I can slap paint on. This lore is always in the background while I toil away at growing the size of my unfinished model pile.
Wouldve been cool if the cacodominus cursed the black templars, causing them to have a primal or innate reaction to anything warp related. This left them unable to co exist with a librarian even if their culture became more pro librarian.
In exchange for my body and the allegiance of the neuron dynasty in expanding the human empire. The cultural and technological exchange. I would volunteer for the consciousness exchange

We lost six channels that were somewhat higher than 100,000 subs some a little lower but still it's like RUclips waits until something is getting a little popular on that channel and then targets it 🤷♂️... And then it ends up completely screwing them over Heck some have even quit RUclips entirely.. hopefully they stop just targeting channels and shutting them down
Alien cyborg…..ARISE GIGAN
90% of the reason for 40k having such a massive mainstream appeal these days, is literally cus of RUclips.
Seriously I watch ts shit like its a bedtime story LOL
Does anyone know which issue of White Dwart he is mentioning about the Lion's return to the Rock? (Specifically at 1:50 )
I havent been able to see people posting referencing it.
Think it was 488
Uuuhhh... what is the Star Wars Shatterpoint campaign book?
I thought I had bought everything for the game..?
(Shatterpoint is actually my favorite game right now, so my interest is seriously piqued..!!)
Oh sorry, I wasn't actually referring to a real campaign book. Was just a hypothetical!
How is shatterpoint, is it a good game?
@SandmanofTerra I thoroughly enjoy it! You can go at each other, attacking each other's squads, or you can go for scoring points. The activations are based off of a card draw, much like "Legion", but I think it flows better because of less models. The models themselves are also beautiful; they're slightly bigger than the "Legion " models, amd they come on sprees, much like 40k.
Yes, loved the "not now" line! Lmao
He's always butting in 😂
More necron lore is always awesome
Bruh i just let y'all buy the plastic overpriced garbage and just watch youtube videos. so thanks for spending that money i guess?
idk, i don't play table top game, so i'd have never gotten into this universe cause darktide imo is like the only fun 40k game, not a big rts guy etc etc. that and bolt gun but not much lore there
idk.
I just do RUclips. Playing the game is dum and reading the books is slow and boring. As i watched most videos out there including many 1h or plus long i known anout it like a veteran and with ability to be more comprehensive of the galaxy than most book guys.
Always a good day whenever there’s a Sandman vid I haven’t watched!
You legend!
This strange idea of lore being hidden in obscure locations is a little thing we like to call marketing. :) I'm just being an annoying prig but it just bugs me to no end how GW gets away with this kind of thing repeatedly.
Why are you repeating YOU NEED TO WATCH ME AND LUETIN for 3 minutes in the beginning?
Basically, if it's not in the books, I'll get it from some youtuber explaining the lore. Way to go, GW.
Kind of fitting, GW forgetting about their own lore / don't know how it works, just like technology in 40k xD
They must not be making enough money to do the lore right. Oh wait.
The cacodominus might have been something similar to a tyranid.
I mean if you just want to read about the lore you could also just go to the wiki page for whatever character that has peaked your interest
The Cacodominus is 40K's version of The Mule from Asimov's first Foundation novel. Cool idea.
Then Warhammer are winning with future preparation for storylines that engage all of us

No, it's not as strong as the emperor. The Emperor is on par with a chaos God
I finally have a Necron Dynasty I can attach to my 10k pts🎉❤🎉
I was wondering where the Lions response to his sons? Was. Anyone know what white dwarf issue that was
so they stole logan pauls idea to steal millions and made a fantasy game that looks like another similar fame lol
I'm very interested by Warhammer 40k, but I'm having difficulty to put everything together into a coherent view. Where should I start? What books should I start reading?
Welcome! This is my beginners video made for just this purpose: ruclips.net/video/8jhGnWxFdfE/видео.htmlsi=QmO7nKIeHaeM7Ff4
Where is the footage from at the beginning of this short??
odds on Szarekh fixing Ahmontekh?
And here i thought i was the only weird boi who enjoyed lore but didnt play
Unique? Dredd, Dune (amongst others) may debate the uniqueness.
Still a crazy good setting!
Great vid today! Subbed.
Thanks!
Has anyone ever told you that you kinda look like "mynameisbyf"? Because to me you do.
I have never heard that, but I assume he is some sort of male supermodel?

If you don't already I'd look into voice acting.
The Emperor didn't survive that.
This universe is insane!!! 😂😂😂 I was just scrolling in shorts and found out about this sh*t and I’m all in!!! Where tha hell do I start?!?!?

@@SandmanofTerra on kind sir appreciate it
he kinda has a lot of faith in single knights lol
rare stuff (y)
The way the law is delivered is crazy. But its very fitting for the setting of 40k. Where most of their knowledge of the past is scattered, broken and written from the point of view of the victor.
I hope they bring back ahmontekh
What book is the necron story from ?
Where are the scenes from nearing the last 2 minutes?
If you search "Warhammer cinematics" they should come up
Farsight is so damn cool
Damn straight
Ohhh how they can ignore us all… hahaha

The once and fuchsia king.
Is there a Warhammer Series that I don't know about xD? I mean like legit series not yt series ? because I'd like to know more about 40k lore however it is kinda scary looking at all those yt channels and a gazillion videos of 30 min or more
This is the video I made for beginners. ruclips.net/video/8jhGnWxFdfE/видео.html
It's quite long but has everything you need!

Very good video Ole chum ur a proper ritish fellow

12:10 "Honored battle brother, if you hold this relic to your ear, you can hear a scream."
(Other Black Templar busy murdering people for having extra toes or something) "Brother, all I hear is SCREAMING"
This is an awesome video but that song is also equally badass, what is it’s name?
The way the lore is done by GW is one if the reasons as a new person to the lore, channels like yours and leutin, and a few others are invaluable to me. I have no chance of finding some of this very cool lore without it being pointed out by lorekeepers like you. From there, I can find stuff if I decide I need to or just keep the info in my mind as I delve into the information I do have access to from the black library. I don't even bother with the limited edition stuff since GW has made it scalper bait. But anything on audiobook is fine even if I would like physical media sometimes.
Emperor level??? It seems like Im hearing some HERETICAL toughts...
Haha, this is exactly where my Lore chsnnels come in. I buy as much as I can slap paint on. This lore is always in the background while I toil away at growing the size of my unfinished model pile.
😬 "Promo SM"
Wouldve been cool if the cacodominus cursed the black templars, causing them to have a primal or innate reaction to anything warp related. This left them unable to co exist with a librarian even if their culture became more pro librarian.
That Necron lore was AWESOME! Necrons are my race so anything I can get about them is great, but this was a whole backstory. Very cool!
In exchange for my body and the allegiance of the neuron dynasty in expanding the human empire. The cultural and technological exchange. I would volunteer for the consciousness exchange
