This year kedarnath temple open on 6th May 2022 and every day lots of pilgrims coming here for darshan and facing so many difficulties because of lack of information. I have just completed the yatra and sir you have given proper information except timings its not till 9:00 clock rather its till 10:30. Moreover from 4:00 to 6:00 am in the morning devotees can do special pooja.
when I was there darshan timing was as I mentioned bt bcoz of rush they changed
Can you tell me what special pooja are you talking about?
Special pooja means where you can go and stay in temple for a while after assigning some priest. He will alongwith you recite mantras after asking you to perform some rituals. Here you have to pay some fees / dakshina to priest for pooja. It's not like normal Darshan can do jala Abhishek and apply ghee alongwith bel patras and flowers

Is it advisable to Visit Himalayan ranges at this point in time?
July is mostly rainy time. Even now rains in UK. you will get locker at sonprayag(Starting trek point) also many shopkeeper keep luggage at reasonable rates. I kept at local shop. Since no valuable in my luggage.
If possible avoid July as there is a danger of landslides during rainy season. If you don't mind winters, you could visit by end of Sept or Oct
