Yes you are right sangam is visible from thr Rudraprayag city I have seen that earlier but Rudraprayag bypass is more convenient while going towards Kedarnath 😊
I went last year. Road between Kund and Guptakashi was in bad condition. Hope that section is finished now. Overall, thanks to Char Dham Highway project, the drive is excellent 👌

Registration of the vehicle is done at the time of doing you personal Registration but you can change the vehicle number by logging into you personal Registration Account at any time

Nahi sab hotels expensive Nahi hai, Agar aap saste main rukna chahte ho to dormitory bhi hai jahan sirf Rs 400 per person ka lagta hai aur hotels bhi mil jayega for Rs 1500 per day
