It's your duty to inform others to go to NYC 311, file a complaint everytie they see this, because of that vendor didnt wash her hands after using the restroom or if she gave bacterial food and injured someones health then it's on your karma too. They ar not paying any taxes for their "misusing of public space" income, then they go and apply for more welfare money and food stamps (tells their social worker, no money me no jab), raising th ecost of supermarket beef meat for you and your future children... They should be employed in hotels cleaning rooms, not misusing public space for private profit. They are blocking crowded pedestrian traffic.
