- Can of Wormholes Part 7 - decapitation, the logical conclusion to cannibalism. Somehow, it just makes perfect sense, and a game that can make the absurd become surd is perfect in my books.

The intimating J piece puzzle has also been changed to make the intended solution more akin to the C and r rolling puzzle. It seems like this world has more unintended solutions than the devs anticipated
Oh, so that's why I saw Icely Puzzles did a different solution in which I thought is a cheese solution. Turns out Tyler's solution is the cheese solution

@@muntedfinger as long as the player learns the intended information from a puzzle, there is no cheese in need of removal.
I totally cheesed this level after in the released game and came here hoping to see the actual solution, since I couldn't quite figure out the rolling even with the insight hint... oh well :P
My solution got the 2 long worm into the hole by setting up the hook in the water, then slicing part of myself so it would end up on the right side of the fence, and I could walk on it all the way around and push the worm in from the top.
What if instead of being a "ring worm", you're a "worm hole", then the can is indeed; a can of worm holes!
The hints system in this game is absolutely genius.

maybe if you transfer from worm to dot instead of worm to worm?
If you move onto a dot and then move it will grow you into a two long worm

this has got to be one of my favorite series youve ever done. i usually fall asleep to your videos, then watch it to completion the following day, but something about this game and your commentary of it suck me in like no other. i cant wait to see more.
The amount of newly revealed mechanics and the manipulation of the overworld via a meta map and the good quality puzzles reminds me of the delight of Baba is You
This game is super awesome with its seemingly endless ways of utilising how the worms work. Reminds me of monsters expedition in that sense.

The way it’s evolving to be puzzles all the way down is enthralling
The puzzle at 9:37 was solved using an unintended method, but the fact that it could be solved that way is impressive.
I am farther than these videos have gotten, and it's really fun to watch how differently me and Tyler approach puzzles. He has a much better intuition than I do. I mostly rely on information gathering to solve these puzzles. (using more hints from the insight puzzles and monitors)
I'm shocked at your solution for the second puzzle in this video. When I was playing that puzzle myself, I thought that flipping the using the central pit was impossible! I ended up flipping the squiggly piece by shoving it in the top-right corner, and I was able to retrieve it by putting the long piece in the lava. Love this game.

That puzzle with the 2 worm and the hook where you cut yourself into 2 was cool to see since I guess there are multiple solutions since I did it differently. I’m about 64% done with the game at the moment have been enjoying it a ton.

You can access that puzzle in the cyan worm also by turning that room into a corner on the main map.

The puzzle you solved at 10:33 is meant to be solved a completely different way, according to the insight. You’re meant to double-sock and rotate over the water… but I prefer your way.

Yeah, the ring you throw (called a wormhole according to the beginning of the game) goes on to become the worm's mouth. I realized a few minutes ago that that's (maybe) why it's called a Can of Wormholes: you are a can containing literal holes of a worm.

For the twisting one early on, I think you were supposed to use the long one as a bridge on the left side so you could sock the other worm against the first thing you were trying.
Don't forget about changing bodies if you decapitate your head, got the solid dots and then you got the head dot
You can chesse the last puzzle by cutting the worms and eating the pellets, which you can then just enter the goal yourself

Tyler out here solving puzzles that took me 2 days to solve in 10 minutes
This is the best designed puzzle game I never want to play. The mechanics are so strangely intuitive in a way that you wouldn't guess beforehand but seems obvious after it's revealed. And yet, there are just so many layers to the puzzle solving that I don't think I'd have the patience to get past the first few worlds.

That feeling when you can't watch past 14 minutes because you are yet to reach that worm...
update: OMG I finally got to beat 94% of the game and can watch some more of aliensrock, heck yeah

My favorite part about this series is Tyler solving the puzzles in ways they weren’t meant to be solved and then the devs changing the puzzles so that you can’t do those solutions 😂
