Dave you avoided the biggest troll in the level. At the end when you finally see the goal tape if you hold left then you go through a pipe that leads you to a previous checkpoint

19:33 There is a glitch that with tracks and when a bullet bill launcher falls off of an on/off switch track it teleports to the level bringing anything in its path with it. It would have crushed you but it went down at just the right moment.

@@dbooth3975 Actually, when you come in from the second entrance it kills the first black cannon so the cannons start 1 block to the right of the original playthrough, originally it killed the FOURTH cannon, so either way you still see 3 cannons. So now the first still existing cannon's left edge overlaps the left edge of the pipe, where it was the SECOND cannon that overlapped it before, so you could only run into the FIRST cannon which was not close enough to it before.

It is a glitch. Its from switching a platform on a rail when its halfway through while having a canon on it to push you. Im always so bad at explaining but carlsagan42 has a video explaining it.
Probably because of the "Force" that pushes you off the vine. Perhaps that was Luigi's ultimate goal? To rid Mario for ever? Banishing him from their realm of existence? We'll never know.
I thought of a cool idea for a troll level: At the start it just looks like an auto level, but the timer runs out right before you get the flagpole, and somewhere down the line you were supposed to get out of the auto part and basically treat it like a troll level speedrun
Dave, the illusion behind this trick is very explanatory, there is a Track Warp glitch that warps a entity or item to the bottom left of the player's perspective screen. As a result, if Mario is in the way of this glitch, he could pushed through anything (except for ground) and end up as Mario's calculation-location perspective point C.L.P.P. One way to prevent or avoid the event, is to move very high or very low on the vine to stop or stall the event. But in this case, you cannot travel low, due to the boo, or high so maybe you want to jump off of the vine at correct timing. The entity might be small enough to jump over, at a specific spot of course.

some pretty solid trolling happens if you accidentally go into those pipes at the end. it's hilarious definitely recommend checking those trolls out, got me good.
The way you teleported off the vine was through a weird glitch with a cannon on rails, the cannon will teleport to the bottom left corner, and if you are in its path you will get pushed as well
The CP1 looks like the Teleportation Glitch. Its something with launcher falling on a single curved track (Not sure if it needs to fall from a track). This will cause to teleport the launcher to the left bottom and also mario if he is in the way. Very strange glitch, nice to see people building such cool trolls with it :D
So Dave, here's the reason why you got teleported in that boo chase, there's a glitch where if you put a bullet bill launcher on a broken track it "teleports" you to the left

Putting something on top of an enemy like a muncher will delete the ability to walk and with Boom Boom it makes him stuck in its shell
