    Just a couple of quick thoughts:
    1) Use a very small frying pan or a very large filter. Place the filter on the bottom of the pan before putting in the rice.That way you can all of the rice out in one scoop before it over cooks.
    2) Very thinly slice and dehydrate onions, colored bell peppers, tomatoes, carrot shavings and garlic. Mix it with your rice just before puffing. After puffing pat dry the oil off of the mixture, lightly sprinkle with pink salt and toasted sesame seeds, fine or course grind some red pepper and store in a jar with a tight lid. This could be a truly awesome soup or salad topper! Try it in and on tomato soup.
