This is certainly a new BBQ trend. I see it a lot on other channels. I'm going to have to join the fad and try your way out. Looks delicious 😋 Also I really appreciate your "re-caps" not a lot of other videos do that and it's very helpful. ✌️
These are all the rage huh RJ? I always know you have a no nonsense way of cooking. That’s why I refer to your channel. Why over complicate. Thank you sir. I will try your method VS other’s.
This is interesting, because I've see video of people doing this about 1-2 hours. What's also interesting is that people are not going back to the other way. I'd rather cut them in my prep than after.
My new favourite bbq channel no bs, recaps are good Thanks. Bbqing down here in Australia
Past 2 times I've made ribs it has been using this method. They come out great every time. And you cant beat shaving off a couple hours of cook time.
Been seeing a lot of this lately. Looks like I will try it now. Great video.
You should!
Sweet! Haven’t done them this way yet. I’ll have to try it out see how I like it.
I must say, I really like them. I did not think I was going to like them as much as I did.
Awesome stuff again man. I'll maybe have to give this a try the next time I do ribs

So good!
So what’s a good way to get the cutting board clean afterwards? Thanks
Great video! Looks great! What pellets do think provide the best smoke flavor? And brand you prefer?
I like using hickory and mesquite pellets. I like using pit boss brand.
