Hey Marian, ich fand den Live stream cool :-) Ich finde das Thema "Nachhaltigkeit" in der Kite Industrie auch interessant. Bei Tom Court im Freeride Project4 konnten wir ja schon einiges in der Produktion bei Duotone sehen. Hier wäre es noch interessant wie Duotone seinen Betrag zu einer Fairtrade und CO2 neutralen Produktion und Distribution leistet :-) Cheers, Marcel
Hey Marian, I am a little late to the party but would still like to pick your mind briefly if I may. My goal is to move from baby kite loops to powered ones. Would you rather recommend 9m Dice or 8m Evo SLS for that purpose? My weight is 80kg. Cheers and keep up the good work 🤙
Hi bro, I brought recently a Rebel 2020 10m 24meters line, using it at 20knots always need to be trimmed to not stall on the climb, could you help to solved it? i've test XR7 and the kite park to much higher than rebel.
Danke fürs beantworten der Frage (attachement points) - fühle an der Bar schon einen Unterschied zu den vorherigen Evos (soll ja auch so sein), dann ist es wohl Gewöhnungssache! :-)
Vermissen kann man nicht sagen, denn der Kite ist ja so an sich top und nicht "schlechter". Für mich fühlt es sich an, als ob die Prise Rebel die im Evo steckte gegen eine Prise Dice eingetauscht wurde (für die Dicefans unter uns natürlich super 🙃 ). Der Kite dreht definitiv schneller als sein Vorgänger, aber hauptsächlich hab ich das Gefühl, dass der Druckpunkt auch sensibler geworden ist...für mich die gerne ab und an mal faul die Hände auf die Bar legt und sich freut wenn man so den Sweet Spot trifft ist es nun Gewöhnungssache dies nicht mehr zu tun...dementsprechend werde ich die kommenden Tage wohl auch nochmal auf hard setting umknüpfen :-) Also siehe oben, liegt ausschließlich an meiner persönlichen Präferenz und nicht am Kite. Falls ich hier absoluten Blödsinn rede: ignoriert mich!😅
Hi Marian, hab seit kurzem den 15er DLAB und glaube dass irgendwas nicht passt. Habe eine alte 2018er Trust Bar (alle 4 Leinen sind gleich lang) verwendet und finde den Kite sehr träge. Außerdem empfinde ich starke Querkräfte und dazu ist es schwer Höhe zu halten vorm Absprung. Klar es wird empfohlen eine Click Bar zu verwenden aber ich würde gern verstehen was an dieser dann so anders sein soll als an meiner "alten" Bar. Kannst Du mir da weiterhelfen? Gruß Marco
Sorry missed the live stream. Got a question for Juice 15 2020. I am 70kg and went out in approx 12-16kts (after not having enough power for the rebel 12m 2018). I was really surprised about being quite overpowered with the Juice and having approx 2x bar forces compared to the Rebel (and therefore getting exhausted quite quickly, medium setting). Reading reviews they stated medium bar pressure. Is my kite mistende? Also I can’t seem to find a good jumping technique, getting rather low jumps (being quite comfortable on the Rebel).
No worries! I’d say that with 70 kg there is no need for a 15m juice, especially in >12 knots. What board are you riding? Pretty sure that the 12m rebel with a 139cm board will be working fine from 12 knots onwards. For light wind i would recommend a 13 juice for 70 kg 🤙🏼
nobody said there will be no dlab mono... but the mono in general has a different price point. And its a different concept looking at the one strut design, arc and so on

I just don't understand why a 13m juice aluula could be a "ultimate foil weapon" when we(where i live) all usually go foil with 9m or less Mono or Neo SLS or even Evo SLS... And there is the Capa as really foil kite for those who want to go faster in no winds. But as always, i'll give it a try And u said it "different price point". Maybe I can guess the target market for this particular 13/15 Aluula kite is the one that will pay the extra dollars 😄. I'll personnaly love a 9m SLS/Dlab Mono that can go out on the water in 2kts 😁😁😁
I am still learning but have surfed for years and live in an area with light winds most of the time. 10 mph or less most days. I want to kitesurf in the waves so I am wondering what size kite and minimum wind is needed to kite surf with a directional surfboard or a twin tip. I currently have a 17m ozone zephyr and am 80k. thanks for any advise.

9:50 but if the Juice the perfect foil kite, why there's no Mono Dlab on the market, and what the is Mono made for now ??

try the juice dlab 15m. U are good to go from 6knots onwards :)
