Two recipes. KULICH-CRAFFFIN.
In this video I will show you two recipes for delicious, tender, flaky cruffin cakes.
Ingredients:
For the dough:
Pressed yeast 30 g,
Milk 200 ml,
Flour 2 tbsp,
Sugar 2 tablespoons
Dough:
Flour 550 gr.
Eggs 3 pcs,
Sugar 5 tablespoons, (in dough)
Sugar 4 tbsp. spoons (mix with nuts),
Salt - a pinch
Vanilla sugar 1 teaspoon,
Vegetable oil 4 tablespoons,
Drain. butter 100 g,
Walnuts 100 gr,
Raisins 3 tablespoons,
Dried cranberries 3 tablespoons,
Zest of 1 orange.
