It is impossible for this to work on iOS. It would potentially work when you have your exploit that would take you out of the iOS sandbox (jailbreaking your idevice). Basically once you have a jailbreak exploit you can turn their function of installing Cydia on iOS to controlling the iOS software itself

Pegasus is a Israeli goverment made software they sell to other goverments theres alot of videos on it, i would love to have it but i doubt well ever get it as goverments have been paying millions for it and aparently not even the phone sofware developers know what it is exacly and how to stop it !
