    Those look fantastic! Baking is chemistry, which I failed in college 😂 So, I am terrible at it but I enjoy watching others 😁

    Is the bagel sandwich at the end a breakfast sandwich? Great video, ladies! I'm going to try your recipe. That is the first recipe I have seen that calls for sugar in the boiling water. Does it give a very sweet taste to your end product? I'm not OCD but it does make me a bit cray cray not weighing out my dough balls. I don't know why but I always have to pull my scale out and weigh the dough. 😂😂 I mean, it's not like I run a home bakery or anything. Lol I have topped mine with onion flakes, everything bagel, garlic flakes, cheese & jalapenos (for my hubs), and cheese. The options are endless. I'm sure yours will make for happy teachers tomorrow.

    My sourdough is also Audrey+. (I lost count) after my mother❤
