The issue is that it was a clearly biased debate where the moderators took it upon themselves to only "fact check" one of the candidates, and allow the other to get away with blatant falsehoods. If you couldn't see the overt bias, you're either willfully ignorant, or just not very perceptive.

This one moment of the debate shows that the moderators were biased and prepared to counter Trump's argument that it is happening to people in Springfield. I want someone to contact this city manager and the city police department and get some real answers, directly from them. Harris didn't state anything of substance, and has not done anything of substance during her tenure as VP of this country. "Have you been to the border?" Her answer "I haven't been to Europe either." The purpose of a debate is for each candidate to outline their policies and debate them. Vice President Kamala spent more time on personal attacks than providing details on how she will make our lives better. Trump’s policies are out there, he’s spoken multiple times to it. Kamala presented well but did not provide substance. The moderators were were awful and didn’t focus on what is important to the American people. Taylor Swift can vote for and endorse anyone she would like but she doesn’t live in my world so why would I vote based upon her opinion? Focus on the issues.

I looked at the debate rules, and nobody agreed that the moderators could fact check. Moderators are suppose to be neutral, and fact checking would only get them into the debate itself.

So I'm an independent... yes, the moderation was biased to the point where it is ridiculous but nothing that happened in this debate is going to change the way I vote. I see this as a lie feast from the democrats... I think Trump missed multiple opportunities to flatten Harris. I don't think either one of these candidates is a great debater. I think RFKjr or Tulsi Gabbard should be running instead of Trump. Multiple opportunities missed by Trump to talk about Black Rock and the reason we ate having these regime change wars. The Democrats are bought off by corporations, the military industrial complex. Harris wants to implement all of her economic policies with out stating how she is going to pay for it. Raising taxes on the rich is not going to pay for it with wars on two fronts, which will happen if she is elected. The economy is going to crash eventually... the printing of money we don't have to keep the economy viable is un sustainable. I agree more with Trumps position, I just think he didn't articulate it very well in the debate. I live in WA state which will go to Kamala Harris no matter how I vote. So I will vote third party , Jill Stein, so that she might get 5% nationally and get public money to break the duopoly of the 2 party system. If I was in a swing state I would mist definitely vote for Trump.

Kamala clearly won the debate. Trump had so many opportunities to call out the endless list of bad policies past and present in detail. If Trump wants to win more Independents to his camp he needs to commit to a 3rd debate and be more focused.

On the Israel subject, Trump could have been far superior in his response because under him there was a semblance of peace in the Middle East. Again similar to Russia and Ukraine, there was no conflict going on between the Palestinians and the Israelis and really with no Arab nation in the region. Thanks to Trump’s Abraham Accords, there was actually rapid trade growth happening between Israel and the surrounding Arab nations and that is what Trump should have focused on in his response. Many missed opportunities by Trump in this debate yet I still think he is the better candidate over Harris because he has a record I can look back on and Trust where Kamala is doing everything she can to run away from Biden’s administration and her previous record as senator and AG for CA.
If ABC is unfair its towards Harris, he was given the final words on almost all the topics.
