    I've watched this video and I did everything you explained.
    Since I live in Europe, in Serbia, I do not have the opportunity to acquire the seed of this plant. Here no one produces adenium. I got seed from China over the internet. I planted the way you explained it. Of the 30 seeds, 20 plants have grown.
    For one month the plants have a height of 3-4 cm. All the time I held the bowl covered to keep more moisture. I did this because my country is now in winter and I plant plants in a house where heating is involved.
    There is currently no sun, but I could not wait for the summer to plant it outside. What should I do now? Do I transplant into individual bowls or is too early to do so. Is it necessary to add some fertilizer or not. The plants are still in the sand and I have added nothing but water. I opened the lid every day and sprayed the water with sprayer to increase moisture. Is this OK.
    I am grateful to you for such detailed descriptions.
    There are a lot of internet footage related to this topic but literally no one as you are so simple and so detailed in explaining it.
    Thank you, I will keep track of all your videos.

    • @brenyboy26
      @brenyboy26 5 лет назад +1

      @@borkokovacevic365 they're slow because it's cold, they're slow because there isn't any sun to promote growth. they're slow because as you say, you have disturbed the root structure several times by uprooting the plant to swap and change it to a new potting mix. for all these reasons, and probably more, the growth of you plant is slow.

    • @GardeningismyPassion
      @GardeningismyPassion  6 лет назад +11

      You have to keep it always moist, So you have to sprinkle water every 3rd day or whenever required . But not profusely, rather little amount each time. You have to use Baviston or Saf or any other brand antifungal powder. There are a lot of antifungal powder available in the market,You can use any one of it. But cinnamon powder may not work well.

In India July and august are pretty hot months . My plants gave seeds just 2 days back , right now we have the coldest weather going on . I have sown the seeds today and will keep them under the shade for around a month and will sprinkle the water whenever I feel the sand is dry . Let's see how it goes .

    We live in Denver, Colorado - are growing adenium seedlings now for two months in mixture of sand and perlite. They are growing very slowly. Started late September... and it is getting cold. Seedlings are 1 inch tall with several leaves that have dried up. Some have 3- 4 leaves. Seedlings are growing in dome with heated seedling mat and watering daily from bottom. We are keeping dome covered at night with towel to keep warm. Removing plastic dome and Exposing seedlings to 5- 6 hours per day. They are not growing very fast - not looking so great. Should I start watering from the top? Should I transplant seedlings now? Should I add fertilizer? Would a grow light help? Thank you for your help.

    This is what i was searching for, for a long time, the content you have shown is really helpful.
    i wish to apply some techniques you have shown but sadly i'm still searching from where i can Procure some seeds. here in Pune majority nurseries I've been to don't help with the seeds, even though they have seed pods, the seeds are not for sale.
    {mainly for pure personnel profit, I'm assuming}
    I always admire your knowledge with all plants. and follow you constantly.
    this is a very informative video and not many share the same on this platform.
    thank you for sharing, Please continue to impart your knowledge to us.
