Largest BarChip Fibre Reinforced Concrete Hardstand in Japan

In 2020 the Takamine Wood Company poured the largest BarChip fibre reinforced concrete hardstand in Japan. Using BarChip to replace steel reinforcement allowed the contractor to eliminate 50 days worth of work for a team of 10 people. The over 60,000m2 external concrete pavement serves as a storage facility for the newly constructed 7,000m2 saw mill factory.
