If the rest of the gp comes out with the heat plugger when you're trying to section the coronal gp, it suggests that the gp is not fit adapted(absence of apical tug-back) within the canal. The absence of apical tug-back suggests that the master cone was not snugly fitted at the apical portion of the canal, leading to inadequate resistance form. This can cause the entire GP to dislodge easily when manipulated, as it is not securely anchored at the apex

Hello. I frequently have a problem of file breakage despite recapitulation, irrigation with NaOCl and using EDTA. Nothing helps. I frequently encounter file breakage during my procedure. Please help.

Do not use the manual file more than 3 to 5 times , rotary file more than 10 times (for safety) , all that with full irrigated canals. Follow the right moves that include watch-winding for manual k files and push pull for manual c files , the right using of rotary files also
