Another thing to note is that boss Goenitz' taunt charges an entire bar and he will always do this after the ex version of his Wind blade flurry attack since it launches you high enough that it gives him plenty of time to taunt without interruption. I called it that btw for the lack of a better term. (If youre wondering what move Im talking about its the ex version of the one he does at 1:07)
@@KuroNoTenno Heres another thing I noticed: Whenever he does that ex move that has you in the air quite a bit he ALWAYS follows up with a taunt. Thats not just for show, whenever that happens, he generates an entire bar on his power meter
Basically you can tell that this is a case of where people encouraged SNK to go back to their roots of making brutal boss characters after people had been complaining about how Omega Rugal was too easy and being a let down. This is SNK's way of saying, "Alright then we'll go back to our roots of making bosses unfair to fight and require some form of cheesing to beat don't say we didn't warn you!"
You can actually punish his boss super if you're close enough to him, provided he is not in the corner. I have a video in my channel demonstrating just that.
Sort of. If you roll behind him while he’s doing his super, you’ll avoid most of it. But one time I rolled behind him and my hitbox just barely connected with his ass and I got sucked in. Love it.
Remember to check the video description for the boss strategy.
You wouldn't believe how many attempts failed just because I was being dumb.

What makes the boss super even worse is if you block the ranged variant it guarantess a guard break
And deals a shit ton of chip damage.

Goenitz could actually gain meter by taunting, damn...
You know how I talked about kof Maximum impact? I meant to say Kof Memorial
It would make sense Goenitz is harder than Omega Rugal. Goenitz was the one who took Rugal's eye.
Funny enough, Omega Rugal could cheese this fight with his projectiles to bait his A.I.
That is currently one of the few exploits so far.
Im guessing if he nails you with his climax super or as some people call them "Hypers" its a ohko move as in the boss version of Goenitz

Yeah
The old fans asked for the return of SNK Boss Syndrome so they delivered.

Ah, so the hitbox is actually only in front of him. That's nice to know!
