Hi Sasha! Could you share sometimes the progression of the transition from pull up to press down exercises? That's my weak point and I am curious how to progress it :)

Sasha, have you ever heard Shania Twain's song "She's not just a pretty face"? As far as I know, it doesn't talk about a rock climber, but I think it applies to you.

Hey Sasha, could you share some tips for managing forearm pump while on a climb or ways you train endurance? Thanks, and I had a blast meeting you at Ice Fest!

This would be great! Someone told me to throw my arms down repeatedly so the blood goes to my hands and is then pulled back up. I was told it circulates/moves faster(?)

Luke Daniel I did not understand that either. I do not know how to land. The camera angle was not optimal.

Landing with your knees bending inwards instead of out/over your toes.
