1:32 I worked excavation for 2 years as a pipe layer. When lines are hit, it's not always the digger's fault. Our digger once hit a cable line that shut off internet for half of a neighborhood and it seemed like every 5 minutes a new neighbor was walking over to yell at us. What they didn't know is he had no way to know there was a cable line there in the first place, as the locates were done incorrectly, which was handled by a separate person before we even got there.
Box o muffins, That 7s exactly correct. The locators do the LOCATING. And for a water line a Plumber uses a poking rod to locate the pipe. He has the operator to fig about 6 inches at a time and checks between each dig with the locator rod.
Right? That operator was clearly shitting his pants because he's 100% loosing his job, to hell with any bills, mortgage, or family expenses he has. Not to mention him hitting the waterline doesn't necessarily mean he fucked up because unless he went AWOL from the project schematic or is the one human on Earth blessed with X-ray vision, he would have been following the utility markings which could have been messed by the one who made them. But if that wasn't enough to show this person's ignorance, what does the accident of an employee of a private company who won a bid for a municipal project contract have to do with the City itself messing up? How was the city to know an accident would occur unless they can see the future? Assume the accident MIGHT happen, so you don't hire the company. Then who's going to do the job? I worked construction a couple of years and I always steered-clear of the jackasses. Accidents are gonna happen, but I'm not breaking a bone or losing a finger because some moron got bored and started goofing around. My cousin shot a nail through his hand, my friend fell off a roof backwards and wrecked his back... it's not a time to play around.
3:38 I would not be laughing. That could have done some serious damage 😬
I've watched this video multiple times, and it still makes me laugh every time!
2:49 that was a smooth ride down 🤘🏼
The guy falling out of the ceiling. LOL, oh man bad day on the job site.
Man was contemplating his whole life after the chimney fell
What does contemplating mean? I dont speak english that good?
@@donf3581 example. . To think about.
@@ch1ckenphat514 ah ok i can imagine now
@@donf3581 complaining, the man was complaining is whole life .people make mistakes on spelling i no i do and i speak English ,glad we got RUclips teachers
@@josephtate168 what are you talking about dude, he didnt wrote anything wrong
6:33 This is why I always park at the far end of the parking lot, away from cart idiots' paths.
6:31 legit pisses me off, how inept can you possibly be to do such a thing like this?
Generally they're not employed for their intelligence.
I knew one guy who worked at a supermarket where you had to insert a £1 coin (UK) to release a trolley (cart).
He offered to take them back, but failed to give the customer their £1.
He got fired for stealing.
Dudes on drugs
@ 7.12 never go under a car held up by a forklift without supplimental support. I've witnessed a hose blow out and there is no warning or time to get out of the way. The load will drop instantly and you will be flattened.
The cart clip is hilarious 🤣
0:36. Clearly not the first time he's done that...
😂😂
I wish I was like the city of Auburn guy, clearly he's never messed up or made a mistake in all his life.
The guy at 1:45 is such an a$%hat! Clearly never worked a day in his life, sitting there mocking a blue collar worker for a mistake (here's a hint... they happen sometimes)
Exactly, as if this operator did it on purpose. Civil engineering is one of the toughest jobs to do, truly a prick this guy.
This!
agreed 100%
They are suppose to mark for utilities including gas lines, water and electric. Sometimes stuff gets either missed or marked wrong this poor guy having a rough day already whilst this prick records a video of him.
"And I got it on CAMERA!!" 😂
@2:50 AAA yoi yoi yoi yoi 😂😂😂
I can't even shake my head at some of the construction fails because i've had some goofy fails over the years myself
On the one hand yeah, shit happens, but some are just stupid and totally avoidable.
Imagine how many weren’t caught on film lol
I can honestly say that I've never done anything near as retarded as most of what's on these videos, the awful way these kids abuse expensive equipment, No respect for anything, anyone or themselves
2:08 - I get that these guys are screwing around with the downspout. But I am genuinely curious; what the hell is that thing secured with?! I've never seen a downspout that well anchored.
right i need the crew who hung them gutters to come see me lol
That dude calling out the guy working in the excavator is what we call a male Karen
The shopping cart guy was hilarious 😂.. probably stoned lol
2:48 that was like video game cutscene level of "everything is crumbling around you but here's a safe path for you"
Love how the guy in the doorway disappears without walking away then the guy on the latter falls like the guy in the doorway was a ghost
At 1:22 🤣😂 replay 3 times still laughing 😅
I can't imagine not being qualified to push shopping carts
I can
*puts on meth user glasses
I mean it's just the fact that the surface of that parking lot seems to have a slight hill in the middle which means the surface is descending towards both sides which is just a ridiculous design
The cart guy getting fired 🤣🤣🤣🤣
3:27 omg! I’m dead’ 🤣🤣
Dude straight launched through neighbors fence
Work place fails always give me anxiety. OSHA violations are no joke, and some of these could have been deadly
Welcome to the Internet. Must be your first day. This shit is hilarious 😂🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣. But I am also glad nobody got seriously hurt.
You can tell the dude calling the road workers “ass hats” for making a mistake has never worked a day in his life. Probably had to stop playing Fortnite and walked outside with a Code Red and his controller still in his hand
