Dr Menon , would you shed some light on the builders who sold all the apartments while the land was still under bank loan or those builders who collected 10 of the value of the property and bought another land in loans , collected again 10% on all apt and disappeared, please go and look apts that’s are left and being auctioned , esp Ajman
