I wonder how the Z-9W stacks up to this thing (And why is it so nimble? I feel like you can throw the damn thing anywhere, unless you are trying to turn) Also i heard that Airwolf theme! i wish we can get a skin like that for the Z-9 and the E.109 since "hehe wheeled helicopter"
The Z-9W feels quite underwhelming as a starter helicopter, though more of that is due to the underwhelming weapon loadout options until the full compliment of ATGMs gets unlocked. HJ-8As are good TOW-equivalent missiles, but having just two makes it painful to grind for the module that finally lets you have the second pylon’s worth.
to turn faster to the left, definietly reduce the Collective. Also, while using TOW's either hover or fly straight to ensure the least amount of deviation on the missile. Overall, I was pleasantly surprised with this Heli on my initial Grind. It Definietly needs some RM skins
The targeting "rectangle" thing for the missiles is broken. Gaijin kept dicking about with these across a number of updates and never fixed this one. It's too small and is too high, never where the gunner would be looking. So you either have to tilt the whole helicopter down to shoot, which makes you fly forward, OR, you shoot the missile high and then try to steer it down, but these often get the death wobbles and can never get on target. Currently it sucks.
I asked a friend who speaks Italian, and he told me "Not great, but I could still understand what you said." .. considering I absolutely do NOT speak Italian, I considered that a win ;-)
I get the feeling the choice to use Airwolf music was inspired by this thing's resemblance to the actual Airwolf, hehe. Great work as always, Tim! (even though I don't have any choppers beyond the US Hueys and Cobra)
Loved the music you added to this video, great touch. I haven't touched the Italian Heli's much, that starter huey isn't great, however this looks like a fun one! Thanks for the review!
I like the change in music, good call. Nothing wrong with using the WT track, but this is better imo. Are you planning on switching it up for future vehicules?

@@zanaduz2018 Z-9WA is when you start cooking, it still might be a transport chopper but it still sets you up for the Z-19.

The good thing of this helicopters is the ability to gain speed and altitude very quickly, in good hands that means a lot.
