Eh. A bit exaggerated. 99% of sales for that comic have been $200 or less. But there will always be suckers (or scams) with everything. But if I had to grab a book with $1000, I'd probably go with Clone Wars 1 at a 9.6

A silver age book would be a better investment that a Eminem book. Even with Spider-Man. This will die off in a year. But ppl are suckers.
I don’t know about a year but we are starting to see even Elvis memorabilia drop off so eventually the numbers of people who care will dwindle
