@@eggplantcomics8336 heh it’s all good. I probably collect too much but I’ve been like that since I was a kid so there is probably no chance of recovery
I like the video. It's getting me hooked on collecting cards now again like when I was a kid. Makes me want to go out and get some cards, try to find some marble, or dc, and do some ripping. LOL. I don't have a computer and I can't afford those so you know........😁
Those look nice, enjoying them through you. Are many of the singles of the physical cards easy to get? Like the Scarlet Witch. Also is their a checklist? Viz and Wanda are my long time favorites. When John Byrne did what he did in WCA I was pretty pissed at the time. Old time comic reader.
Yeah, you can pick up base set singles pretty inexpensively. I’d recommend the Facebook groups to get the best deals on the cards. Base set may run you $150 for 200 cards maybe a little less.
Yeah, if the goal is to make money it is definitely a gamble. If you are collecting then having a shot to just open a big ticket item is just icing on the cake
So on that special card, you're actually going to receive that one yourself right? And then you can do what you want with it right sell it auction it whatever? Or keep it?
Oh man, I don’t think I’d ever spend money on virtual cards. If you have a valuable card I would 100% sell now while you can. But I enjoyed the content, just don’t know about long term collectibility.
It’s important to note that while they are opened virtually they are real cards. Once they are opened you can have them shipped to your home or sell directly from your online account
@@hobbyhero6973 that changes everything. Thanks for the heads up. Regardless it’s fun. I just thought they were expensive for just being virtual. Good stuff.
@@AlextheComicHoarder yeah, no I’m not into virtual collecting. I like to hold my collectibles, lol. Would prefer to open physical boxes personally but they are impossible to find for a decent price.
These are a cash grab - horrible, conditions on virtual to physical conversion etc. I mean you did pay an outrageous amount for the entire box only to have limitations on what can be shipped... hard pass. Good Luck with future openings.
I would rather crack physical but this is a nice alternative especially with physical boxes going for $600+ right now. The only cards that aren’t redeemable right out of the box are the most common cards in the set too so not a huge loss in value from the physical boxes.
So should I get another box?
No quit while your ahead!
@@eggplantcomics8336 this guy right here has got his stuff together ☝🏻
@@hobbyhero6973 sorry man I just don't get the card thing. I'll just stay over here collecting my own weird thing. Lol

Yeah, I’ve found some older sets that are still pretty affordable from the 90s that are a ton of fun to crack open.
Nice venom pull can't say I'm not envious. Grats👍
Thanks! Was just talking about with a buddy right before opening it up.
@@hobbyhero6973 you should bring it in and show it off once you get the physical copy would love to see in person
@@jaydedragoncomicsandgames8109 ended up going to my buddy. He’s going to send it to CGC. Can’t wait to see it slabbed up. 🔥

This almost seems more like gambling rather than collecting. The card collecting equivalent to pulling a one-armed bandit in a casino.

So these art marvel metal cards? That's awesome
Yeah they are pretty sweet looking in person too. Scans online don’t do them justice

Yeah, my buddy has it now and he is getting it sent to him so he can get it graded for his PC. CGC grades Marvel cards now and they look amazing
