Nice, I love finding "old stuff". I just went through all my stuff and tried to whittle it down a bit. Now, I'm ready to build it back up. I had a 30 gallon storage container stuffed so full of knives I couldn't pick it up. I've got an old Boy Scout knife that has everything, knife, fork,spoon,saw,screwdrivers, files,bottle opener,corkscrew,scissors, and some more things. Point being, I don't throw much away. I've had that knife since 1962. I found 2 Benchmade's in a junk car that was about to be crushed. An Infidel with a broken button and an out the side auto that some have told me was called an Ambassador. I contacted Benchmade about having them repaired and was told it would be at least 2 years because they were that backed up. I guess, I'll hold on to them and see if I can get them fixed.
I have a hard time letting things go to, but I do enjoy digging through the older stuff. I’d say the Benchmades are worth waiting for, they are very nice knives! Thank you for watching, I appreciate it.
Nice finds. Pick up the- Sargent’s premium knives and Razors Book’. It covers all the old obscure Case’ Fixed Blades. The only resource I know of that covers those Case Fixed blades. Lotta great photos. Case’ made tons of fixed blades back in 1920s & 30s.
@@radar468 That Book is awesome. My book is older. Probably 10 years. Not sure if a later edition was printed. I had a couple old obscure Case Fixed blades years back. They were in the book. Case Folders have been highlighted and covered primarily. It is amazing Case made so many different hunting style knives. Many were likely low production and seldom turn up.
