Little known fact - the sound cues & buzzers... ALL from Double Dare. Time's Up Buzzer, End of Round/Game Buzzer & Winning Bell cue. Think Fast [1989 - 1991] also use the same cues, too.
That was a super-rare Nick Studios video for 1990. I've always associated the version from the first season of Family Double Dare and Outta Here with this.
What good was a trip to Universal Studios as a grand prize from a Nickelodeon game show if Nickelodeon Studios was already in Universal Studios? I wouldn't know, but who wants to go to Universal Studios nowadays? I really can't stand the rides that are there now instead of the rides the theme park had from the 1990s to the mid-2000s.
@SegaGenesis4100 This wasn't the only episode to use that particular nick studios variant. I remember another mtg ep where that one was used. the fountain shot is also different from the other live action studio credits.
The one worse than this was Frank. Sits there the whole damn game, answers nothing, the contestant winning is one question away, runs into a fire drill, loses the fire drill, Frank wins it, answers ONE question right, games over. (See Make the Grade: Morris '90 D). Talk about someone BADLY screwed over.
Watching this as an adult, I see how crazy unfair this show is! Every episode I've watched on RUclips has had some dumb kid who did horrible the whole game win the fire drill and get the credit for the kid that deserved to win's work and then they suck at the last round. I know everyone has mentioned this but this is shit...they should make a new one and fix that but Nickelodeon isn't about quality anymore, clearly.
Wrong year, buddy. That came out the next year. And as for sharing the prize money, they already have to do it with the government, isn't that bad enough?
aside from the comments of Josie get screwed over on the fire drill, (and yes she definetely did) Robb seems to be getting more comfortable hosting, he actually didn't do that badly here IMO.
This may have been filmed later in the season cause in several episodes, Robb’s hosting was noticeably shaky. Here, it make sense if this was later on cause by that point Robb would’ve felt more comfortable hosting and progressed his skills naturally.
Seriously, Josie got boned in the Fire Drill. The one she tried to lift was stuck to the stand! If I were them, I would have stopped tape and redone the Fire Drill to make it fair.
I used to watch this show as a kid and I am now watching it as an adult and the concept of this show is really fuc*ed up. I would've been pissed if I answered most of the questions and then someone takes my spot because of a damn fire drill.
I don't like Arnold Schwarzenegger, because he admitted to using steroids. Now if you want to talk about how I loved Jack Lalane who was Mr. Fitness, Mr. Exercise, Mr. Samson, Mr. Tarzan, and the Godfather of fitness. Now you are talking, because he was in much better health than Arnold Schwarzenegger, because Jack Lalane was all natural, because he was the strongest man in the world!

This show should be put back on the air

I think this show could've made it had it had a little more energy/pep.

The idea of the fire drill had to do with having the kids do stunts, like in Double Dare and all those other kid game shows.
Fire Drills are basically the Daily Doubles of this game show.
I think this show and also finders keepers should comeback to Nickelodeon with new host and new questions and also new pictures
Absolutely, if Double Dare could return in 2018 I don't see why this and Finders Keepers can't, the UK did get Finders Keepers again in 2006.
Make the Grade is NEW! NEW! NEW!
@RogersRoyal
This is exactly why I've always hated Make The Grade. I'm surprised no one ever thought to fix that little format problem.
They kept finding those "TAKE" spaces.
Who’s the Little Rascals? What’s a cowlick?
Hard to believe this is all.my backyard now.

Most often? How about always?

When Morris came on, I would've said, "Gee, Morris, did you just come back from a jungle safari?" Look at his shirt.
Alexander Edward Pytko Maria did say that Robb thought hosting MTG was an adventure, hence his “explorer” getup.
Lol, I don't think 6th graders should know about a show as insane as Married With Children hahaha. But hey, it's a great show regardless :)
I kew about that show when i was there age
18:35 She knows she got cheated.

Watching this makes watching paint dry exciting. So Boring.
