I asked that, thanks for following up! You also walked right by me in the HQ. My head was buried in the craft table, and when I came out I saw a message that said " waved at Lividthou". I found that caches are pretty easy to come by so I kept upgrading gear to get better gear scores and soon I was getting caches by doing daily activities and now have 3 characters full of good gear. I've been able to make one of each gear set build spread over the three characters although I haven't had a chance to hone them all properly. Your suggestion not to grab all the collectibles was great to get all that started. It was too late for the first character, but the second got tons of caches from picking up collectibles after level 30. The third hasn't started yet.
I'm honestly so blind... People have been noticing me more often but sometimes I'm not looking at my screen haha, thank you for bringing the idea to my attention! Glad to see you have found a process that's working for you.

If you have a level 29 character. Vendors now sell High-End weapons, gear, mods. You’re also able to find High-End items in the Dark Zone from locked loot crates, clearing Landmarks and random NPC drops from DZ 7-9. Also a good opportunity if you’re seeking a weapon with lower talent requirements.
