That is what the show lost when Shannon left the sister connection. Being a sibling is much more than just a biological connection. Yeah that is part of it. But it is more about knowing each other well enough to know when something is wrong without saying a word. Like Prue knowing Phoebe was lying about getting the dry cleaning. Or Phoebe knowing Piper was afraid to go into a church. This was about three sisters who when fighting together were invincible. It has to become three invincible witches who had to become sisters.
It's funny how in the beginning she was free to get premonitions when she wanted them, and about anything, but then The Powers That Be pedalled back to not make her overpowered
This episode is one of my favorites. Piper is great, but given the antagonism between Prue and Phoebe, it would have been a waste not to devote an episode to Prue and Phoebe, working alone without Piper and overcoming their conflict.
After hearing about what she (Holly) was going through at this time I understand why Piper was sidelined in this episode. Also they introduced a villain that could have been used to cause more trouble for the sisters but made he one time only.
From this episode we can tell that Phoebe can have premonition by command. The premonition is also not related to demons stuff only, because she saw Piper missed her flight. Too bad the producers or scriptwriters didn't focus on Phoebe's premonitions on all the episodes of Charmed. She can be as powerful as her sisters because she's the one who foresee what the enemy's future plans/attacks.
This demon lady wasnt even vanquished. I wish there was a continuation of this episode or at least a return of this demon. Repeated returns of the demon of fear was boring

Premonitions and seeing ghosts isn't a new power, even Piper and Prue could do the latter

I wonder, was the actress as upset about not having a cooler power as Phoebe. I can't think of anything active that fits with the premonitions though.
