The critical curse is a myth made by the community, saying that any game that tries to remake critical adventure or critical strike will fall someway or another, popular ones usually fall this way. All I can really say if the devs for critical legends isnt doing some shady shenanigans and if they actually pursue the game aka update it implement new ideas and overall nurturing the game I think they can possibly break the curse

I agree, I played it a day and had a blast with it, I got the Immortal Sword and leveled back up to max, and got every class in the game except for the unobtainables, I really hope the game doesn't drop, I've played pretty much every critical game and it's really sad to see them die just like that

yeah i have some faith in cw, i've grinded to max during the most recent stress test and even if it was grindy, it was pretty satisfying and fun to get late game weapons. i cant say that for most roblox rpgs hope they dont close off the game to the public for an eternity though, people would lose interest

Critical Legends actually grew extremely popular due to a couple of really small youtubers making content on the game. You, Abstract-RBX, TSL Studios, Zenitsu cL and many more. Although it's been dying down a little, after the data wipe I believe the devs may put out another update.
The critical curse may strike at critical legends sooner or later, the reason I say so is because the game is really going downhill with bad updates, expensive stuff, grindy things (like who tf would want to sit there grinding 250 of an item from a boss with 100m hp), and bad owners banning people for the stupidest reasons, also the fact that they don't take any good suggestions from the community which really ruins the game a lot, not to mention HOW UNBALANCESD THE GAME IS. Seriously tho, Critical Legends' downfall may come soon in maybe around 2024-2026 and ill be surprised if its still up by then. (They are also extremely money hungry, thats why the drop rates are so low and the requirements are so high, so that they get the premium payouts of premium players)
I've grown a slightly bad opinion on the game and other fellow youtubers who used to make videos in cl, mainly due to how the dev team used to be friendly and nice and went to money and popularity hungry, I hope they learn from this mistake soon
Critical Legends is really fun but there's about a 50% chance its going to fall to the critical curse because I feel like there's a lack of endgame, they might be working on that but, just because it got 20k players doesn't mean it can drop, like heroes ultimatum dropped dead after about 6 days so....

To edit this: critical legends had a quite downfall and was close to being dead because the server got nuked/raided/hacked and the devs didn’t find the main game safe because of hackers being able to access mod classes so they moved the game. The reason why the game died was because they refused to do a data restore to anyone
Good thing theres one critical rpg game called countless world that are being worked and gonna be released this year, it has pretty fresh class mechanics, maps, items and other stuff, hopefully it wont go wrong like other critical game.
Critical Legends 2 is attempting to break the curse in a different way. We have combined the forces of CA:R, CE, and CW, and with the powers of these people combined, they will topple the curse (and maybe CL).
Critical Legends has actually, now that exploiters have ruined the game, they had to reset everybody's data. Hopefully it doesn't go much farther than that though, and we continue to have updates on it.

Quick update: The discord server got raided with hackers, A Mod actually did this apparently they got mad over something so I guess you could call this A Critical Curse? But don't worry a new CL Discord server will be provided within a couple of weeks or one.

I played critical legends a lot but for some reason the game stopped saving any data I made Past lvl 100, any classes and lvls and items I would get would be gone when I leave the game, and when I come back it brings me back to my original save to when I was lvl 100. This made me end up quitting the game
around like 2 or 3 days ago critical legends had to get moved to under the group page and re-released with a data wipe because hacks went ahead and gave everybody every item, class, and mod class, and hackers also nuked the discord.
I have pretty much moved on when making videos on critical games cause I don't play critical games except cs anymore, and I've found success making videos on balanced craftwars instead What I'm saying is since I stopped playing critical games, it'll be harder for me to make a video on them since I don't know much information on them, compared to balanced craftwars which is play basically everyday now I hope you can understand me and its been a good 4 years of playing hundreds of different critical adventure and strike games
btw critical legends had this glitch where it gave you everything (excluding levels and classes) + over a billion gold, the glitch isnt happening anymore but people still have the money and items
Critical legends keeps on the curse path. The game got hacked and also the discord or something like that. or maybe the owner or devs became crazy, the discord of the game got fucked up and you get every item in the game everytime you are on a public server
There is another critical adventure game too which is in development still, probably the reason why you have not heard of it or why it isn't in here is cause they closed testing since around halloween. But it is really nice and the testing was really smooth and had some nice features, no class statues though, rather weapons you craft or obtain through killing monsters. Honestly the most detailed one I've seen, but then again I have not tried the legends one yet.
I made 99% of my friend base on critical strike and I’ve been playing it for almost 4 yrs when we found out that the owner was a y’know I was devastated and ngl it is probably one of the most underrated fighting games in roblox. Critical Curse strikes back again. Critical Legends got a data reset TWICE because of a game hacker, which make people start quitting the game, instantly drop from 15k+ online to an average amount of 1k. Another version of this which is CL2 isn't that popular either (100 players average), so Critical games would actually stop for quite a long time.
Well one thing already causing problems is that hackers are able to give themselves and entire lobbies endless amounts of gold, every item in the game imcluding unobtainable ones, and even wipe people's progress. Its basically killing the game for some people such as me, since there's nothing left to do now that I have everything
A hack or some error came around where everyone was getting everything in the game for free. This made level 1's be able to solo bosses with pure easy without much effort. So yeah this cycle continuing
I dont remember the name but there was a remake of Critical strike before the last major update went live (when the game almost died) that was called project something and I remember there being some drama about the owner of it also being a pede aswell

Critical legends had some sort of exploiter pandemic yesterday, in just about every server, people were given all items in the game and billions of money per second. Not only can I not even load into the game properly but private servers don’t work for me. Their discord server link has been invalid so there’s nothing I can really do.

third time trying to say this but im accidently clicking something for i leave the youtube so im lazy to make alot and just lost everything i have a game idea : countless tower defense system : mine, craft, level up class stats, enemies have effects like on the original like have fire resist, lucky drop etc, classes, buy weapons, lets talk about the craft system craft system ( and buy ) : for your towers get a better weapon, u have to craft or buy then on the shop, upgrade dont change, if u have lucky (like me) u can get a perfect weapon, perfect weapons, are rare, (theres also sharp, etc) but they make up for that by making every stat like defense, dmg, etc be stronger, lets talk about classes now the first will be bounce bounce class (swords only) : a class that when its waiting idle it spawns orbs (the max orbs can spawn are 6) they despawn (despawn time : 30s) more orbs, more dmg, lets talk about the stack now stack class (bows only) : when attack the enemies, it spawn arrow orbs, more arrow orbs, more dmg, (the max its 12 like on the original) the despawn its 60s link class (shields only) : theres 2 orbs, the dash orb, and the normal orb dash orb : it dont do any dmg but if theres a dash orb with a normal orb, all towers on his range gets a link shield (it decrease bosses stuns by 0.25x) u can get 4, if u get 4 and the tower gets another dash orb, every towers on his range gets a shield that gives dmg buff (dont give dmg buff on original sadly :C) and that shield reduce bosses stuns by 1.5x (better the shield, the better the reduce stun time) normal orb : do dmg and thats it samurai (idk how its actually called) (katanas only) : it have 3 orbs, red, yellow, and normal normal : it does dmg, but if the tower gets 3 of then and theres a red orb, it will spawn 3 yellow orbs that do dmg (i will not tell here what is the dmg increase) red : only can do dmg when your tower gets 1/3 orbs yellow : it increase the normal tower dmg by 4x berserker (great swords only) : when the tower gets 4 orbs, it gets on range mode, also on rage mode spawns a heal orb, (on original it heals u because on berserker mode it dmg u but it do alot of dmg) heal orb : towers on his range gets unstun what happends if his rage mode finish but u didnt collect the heal orb : he gets stun for 3s rage orb : when on rage his orbs turns into rage orbs, they increase his dmg by 4.5x (im too lazy to show all the mechanics i just want to show that)
we still have hope for other critical games like critical strike tower defense countless worlds critical expedition remake critical crossroads and other critical games that are in development. i think this year is gonna be great for critical games.

Guys this is sad, Critical Legends got hit with the curse, the creator was a good dude, and loved his game, till the hackers striked, they hacked the game and the discord server, forcing you to play on a private server, but luckily the game got back up and make a remake of critical legends. So its technically still going
Yeah but it really hits hard if you grinded for all this stuff and got unobtainable classes and items just for everyone to be able to have the opportunity too.

Quick update: The discord server got raided with hackers, A Mod actually did this apparently they got mad over something so I guess you could call this A Critical Curse? But don't worry a new CL Discord server will be provided within a couple of weeks or one.

I never knew about critical games until I found CS, and I never knew about the curse, so I thought the CS creator was just a normal creator and never thought this could or would be happening behind the scenes. So I wonder, will they ever update CS again?

I played critical legends a lot but for some reason the game stopped saving any data I made Past lvl 100, any classes and lvls and items I would get would be gone when I leave the game, and when I come back it brings me back to my original save to when I was lvl 100. This made me end up quitting the game
same tho except i couldnt go past lv 27 for days

around like 2 or 3 days ago critical legends had to get moved to under the group page and re-released with a data wipe because hacks went ahead and gave everybody every item, class, and mod class, and hackers also nuked the discord.
You should make a history of Critical Strike games, there were a ton of variants back then, like Deluxe, Origin, Lockdown and Classic
I have pretty much moved on when making videos on critical games cause I don't play critical games except cs anymore, and I've found success making videos on balanced craftwars instead
What I'm saying is since I stopped playing critical games, it'll be harder for me to make a video on them since I don't know much information on them, compared to balanced craftwars which is play basically everyday now
I hope you can understand me and its been a good 4 years of playing hundreds of different critical adventure and strike games

btw critical legends had this glitch where it gave you everything (excluding levels and classes) + over a billion gold, the glitch isnt happening anymore but people still have the money and items
Critical legends keeps on the curse path. The game got hacked and also the discord or something like that. or maybe the owner or devs became crazy, the discord of the game got fucked up and you get every item in the game everytime you are on a public server

There is another critical adventure game too which is in development still, probably the reason why you have not heard of it or why it isn't in here is cause they closed testing since around halloween. But it is really nice and the testing was really smooth and had some nice features, no class statues though, rather weapons you craft or obtain through killing monsters. Honestly the most detailed one I've seen, but then again I have not tried the legends one yet.
I made 99% of my friend base on critical strike and I’ve been playing it for almost 4 yrs when we found out that the owner was a y’know I was devastated and ngl it is probably one of the most underrated fighting games in roblox. Just has a tiny bit of a problem. Imagine playing a game that u loved and played for a long time and when u found out that the owner it was a p*do u would just shatter and destroyed

Critical Curse strikes back again. Critical Legends got a data reset TWICE because of a game hacker, which make people start quitting the game, instantly drop from 15k+ online to an average amount of 1k. Another version of this which is CL2 isn't that popular either (100 players average), so Critical games would actually stop for quite a long time.

Well one thing already causing problems is that hackers are able to give themselves and entire lobbies endless amounts of gold, every item in the game imcluding unobtainable ones, and even wipe people's progress. Its basically killing the game for some people such as me, since there's nothing left to do now that I have everything
I hope Countless Worlds doesn't fall into this curse the Beta was so clean that I need to replay it when it actually launches.

A hack or some error came around where everyone was getting everything in the game for free. This made level 1's be able to solo bosses with pure easy without much effort. So yeah this cycle continuing

After 10 months we can see that still nobody takes the place of critical strike. Explosiveguy and host team made a good continue of critical strike. Critical tower defense kinda dead( as always). Countless isn't still released :(
a new contender arrives on the scene, Criticality, let's see how long it lasts. Right now its an exact duplicate of original CS how it was abandoned but much buggier, apparently they're trying to make CS6 be this game but it has no twitter or discord so there's no way of knowing it's status

Critical legends had some sort of exploiter pandemic yesterday, in just about every server, people were given all items in the game and billions of money per second. Not only can I not even load into the game properly but private servers don’t work for me. Their discord server link has been invalid so there’s nothing I can really do.
OHH NOW I UNDERSTAND, the only game I was really able to play was critical expedition and after just now finding out about critical legends I thought it was a sequel to that but, I never knew that different developers make "critical" games. All my questions have been answered by this video, I never knew about this shit... I was so confused because there's two critical legends that have the same gameplay as critical expedition but I see... This is cool, very very cool... I have an extreme bias for critical expeditions tho so I feel like CL lacks some sfx? It's not the same without the hit sound of critical expedition, damn I miss that shit...

Me and friends play critical expedition it was a good game it only had around 17 to 20 players it was fun soon we forgotten about it now it has blown up
The battle mechanics are unique and fun and overall feels fun to play I hope this one will stay for as long as possible

i have a game idea : countless tower defense
system : mine, craft, level up class stats, enemies have effects like on the original like have fire resist, lucky drop etc, classes, buy weapons, lets talk about the craft system
craft system ( and buy ) : for your towers get a better weapon, u have to craft or buy then on the shop, upgrade dont change, if u have lucky (like me) u can get a perfect weapon, perfect weapons, are rare, (theres also sharp, etc) but they make up for that by making every stat like defense, dmg, etc be stronger, lets talk about classes now the first will be bounce
bounce class (swords only) : a class that when its waiting idle it spawns orbs (the max orbs can spawn are 6) they despawn (despawn time : 30s) more orbs, more dmg, lets talk about the stack now
stack class (bows only) : when attack the enemies, it spawn arrow orbs, more arrow orbs, more dmg, (the max its 12 like on the original) the despawn its 60s
link class (shields only) : theres 2 orbs, the dash orb, and the normal orb
dash orb : it dont do any dmg but if theres a dash orb with a normal orb, all towers on his range gets a link shield (it decrease bosses stuns by 0.25x) u can get 4, if u get 4 and the tower gets another dash orb, every towers on his range gets a shield that gives dmg buff (dont give dmg buff on original sadly :C) and that shield reduce bosses stuns by 1.5x (better the shield, the better the reduce stun time)
normal orb : do dmg and thats it
samurai (idk how its actually called) (katanas only) : it have 3 orbs, red, yellow, and normal
normal : it does dmg, but if the tower gets 3 of then and theres a red orb, it will spawn 3 yellow orbs that do dmg (i will not tell here what is the dmg increase)
red : only can do dmg when your tower gets 1/3 orbs
yellow : it increase the normal tower dmg by 4x
berserker (great swords only) : when the tower gets 4 orbs, it gets on range mode, also on rage mode spawns a heal orb, (on original it heals u because on berserker mode it dmg u but it do alot of dmg)
heal orb : towers on his range gets unstun
what happends if his rage mode finish but u didnt collect the heal orb : he gets stun for 3s
rage orb : when on rage his orbs turns into rage orbs, they increase his dmg by 4.5x
(im too lazy to show all the mechanics i just want to show that)

the critical legends moderators got hacked and gave everyone admin and then their discord server got nsfw spammed, and then they deleted all the channels, the game is getting wiped because a hacker is going around giving everyone random items and a bunch of gold. so the critical curse has striked again, but not because of the devs, just because hackers are anoying
