Looks incredible Phil, great choice! Price isn’t an issue as it’s London so I’d expect it to be what it is. You can tell by your tone of voice and excitement that you’re much happier in London than Manc. Hope you both enjoy your new place and stay safe!
Let alone the fancy design of the building, gym, lounge, cinema and everything, I would have accepted to pay that rent just for the view. I wish you happy days in your new flat.
London is totally crazy. When I compare it with the living costs in a nice German city, I could afford for €2,000 a very nice penthouse with more space. However, I appreciate your studio and the view is amazing!
I’ve just moved to Royal Arsenal Riverside development from Canary. I pay the same price for a two bed I did in canary for a studio and have a pool/gym/sauna/cinema plus a gorgeous view of the Thames. Now I just need the Elizabeth line to open and it’ll be lush. If anyone wants CW lifestyle but looking for a more decent price then I recommend that. I think it’s about 10-15min to get to CW from royal riverside.
Got the keys for my Wardian apartment today and this video popped up on my RUclips. We are also both in the East Tower! Can't wait for the amenities to open, hopefully soon!
You could have gotten a 1 bed apartment for that amount in the wardian. The prices are coming down due to the pandemic. Best time to negotiate. Anyway, nice apartment.
It’s London, in Canary Wharf, great amenities, great location, the apartment itself is also pretty good and all for 1.6k... Honestly if you’ve ever apartment hunted in London you’d know this is a steal.
Yeah it is actually quite good value, especially so for the privacy. You could save some money and try to find a room share for about £1k a month (purposefully excluding the ultra cheap places because they're not even inhabitable lol), but it will just be a bedroom that you'd be renting while having shared facilities. Then there will be others who might try suggesting being on the outskirts to save on rent prices, but if you're in and out of the city centre on a frequent basis you'll be spending a fair amount on travel plus time spent travelling.
That’s fairly premium for a studio (no offence intended whatsoever) but for maybe 2000-2500 you can get a good 2 bed. But his building is insanely well equipped and it’s brand new so it’s worth it 👌 Having said that, compared to New York or Switzerland it’s cheap as hell 😂
@@Koshermail sadly you’re right, prices are going down. I rent an apartment out which is one stop away from Canary Wharf and my tenants asked for a reduction 😬

£1600 that’s pretty much cheaper, for the location, what they’re offering sky launch, pool, business bar and cinema that’s great I thought you’d say was more than like £2k tbf that’s amazing
Phil, I am also interested in living in Canary Wharf and the E14 area one day. I'm so intrigued by this "brand new" studio that is at a reasonable renting price. All of those balconies have some gobsmacking views and there is a grass floor that is six-feet long and two feet wide and you mentioned that you could so some work-outs there. Amazing video.
The amenties that these apartments has to offer, cinemas and gyms etc are all included as part of that one price. I'm telling you, this is the BETTER way to rent.

If possible could you please request to do a tour around landmark pinnacle and make a video on it
Hahaha I actually would do this - but no idea who I'd talk to....
Phil Reid Maybe try at the reception
