DC 1,2 were good won't say best but 3rd game on Xbox ruin the franchise capcom killed as they did same with onimusha, DMC, even ninja theory did reboot wasn't Dante character with black hair
A Dino crisis remake would be incredibly scary and fun. Can you imagine a survival horror game if you are walking through the dark halls and just outside the building you can hear the pounding steps of a T-Rex?
Wish capcom would just do what tomb raider remastered did. I want dino crisis and the original resident evils with updated graphic coating and cleaner backgrounds.
Dino Crisis has lived in my brain since I was a little kid and watched my big brother play Dino Crisis 2. We don’t have a copy of it anymore, but I would give anything to watch it play for the first time again
I go back and replay Dino Crisis every now and then, and IMHO it still holds up pretty well as a game. The graphics were amazing (for the time) and the fidelity they got out of the PSX system was astounding. Judging by how Capcom handled the RE2 and RE4 remakes (lets forget the RE3 one, the original game is much better), a Dino Crisis remake would be absolutely amazing. I'd love for them to bring in a writer or advisor that could help them write the main characters to feel like actual SOF or company men/women, but I'll admit that's probably just a fantasy.
I remember when I first played DC1, I used a START/STOP technique constantly pressing and unpressing the pause button while moving forward as I didn't wanna get jump scared so hard lol. And while I thoroughly enjoy both DC1 and DC2 equally, I've been petitioning for a DC remake for years. When I first played DC1, I didn't realize there were so many floors in the facility that you could explore. Like most Capcom games, it'll take hours to beat on an initial playthrough, but you quickly learn that it can be beaten in only a few hours once you know where to go and what to do.
Hinestly i felt kinda the same about exo, like it felt alot like the dino crisis 2 style, with some time travel reality warp thing where a bunch of dinos are transported through time into a coty where your more of a military force combating the the invasion. Hell could been the real dino crisis 3, with the way 2 ended with the regina uswd the time machine, and then maybe the rogue AI was some kinda machine created to monitor the use of the 3rd energy, but like usual AI goes rogue/gets hacked and this whole exo primal incident begins. But ya its better not being a dino crisis as that woulda been along the rains of the OG dino crisis 3. But ya it would be great to get a DC remake with mikami as the head with current tech, where they expand the story and gameplay with a far more hunter/prey action horror type style, where your bassically almost forced to run an hide, and use rhe enviroments to survive until your able to get enought info and such to survive. What i love about OG dino growing up as a kid was how horrifying and powerful the enemies felt. Liek you really felt like you were chased down and hunted by a strong and powerful raptor. At least till ypur were able to some fire power push back but even then it wasnt in abundance

@MachtNixPasstSo Static camera isn't a big seller, not especially with most gamers now. A modern Dino Crisis will have to be in 1st person or 3rd person OTS. A recent game called Fossil Fuel 2 (1st person) showcases just that. Go check it out.

Them making that redhead character in it was a massive pisstake to me. They need to just remake the damn game.
No doubt! What gives, and has there clearly never been a given reason as to why we have not gotten one yet? Heck, they can use the new RE engine anyway for sure...right? The dodge mechanic is for sure right up Regina's training/style, give her maybe a knife/blade like she gets in the Dino Crisis 2 maybe. Confident to agree that this game absolutely deserves a remake regardless. To see Regina as well in modern style..she was rockin back in the ps1 days already anyway. 😜
this game was soo good. they messed up when they moved away from horror and made it action packed and full of high powered guns that it became a shooter. def a let down. im still not over how bad they made part 2

I would do it myself but it would be way to time consuming and expensive to do by myself .I would like to see a HD remake or remaster of the Shadow Hearts franchise for those of us that have had the pleasure of playing Shadow Hearts . Not kingdom Hearts btw . Can we get a remake or remaster of Blasto . what about Legend of Dragoon ? Legend of Legaia deserves a remake . Nightmare Creatures , View Point , Army Men Sarges Heros but the one that I want to see the most but probably never will is the Shadow Hearts series . What about Clock Tower and Echo Night ?What about MDK ? There are more games that I could mention like Crock Legen of the Gooboos and Gex . I would also like to see a remake or remaster of Soul Blade not Soul Calibur (Soul Blade) . Twisted Metal 2 needs a remake or remaster . Me and my friends used to spend hours upon hours playing that game . We spent in all probably 2100 hours playing it . Syphon filter need a remake or remaster . I am sure there are some people out there that would like to see a remake of Theme park and Sim City 3,000 . I could go on but I won't some how we got to get some of these games remade or remastered because sitting here talking about it won't get it done . One last thing Chrono Cross and Chrono Trigger need proper remakes . none of that remastered stuff .

I recently went back and replayed it on emulator and it is as good if not better than I remember . A masterpiece of the ps1 era
