The vastness of the city is intimidating for a small town person who is comfortable with knowing nooks and crannies of the town. This is legit a navigation nightmare. I will also feel lonely even though there's many people around.
Hello Albert, I live in a so-called megacity (Buenos Aires), so I can't relate. But Tokyo is a city where you can wander around or get lost with no fear whatsoever. No place is dangerous, people are very friendly and eager to help foreigners, and the transportation services are exceptional. Everything is spotless and well-planned. But yes, as in every crowded area, everyone minds their own business. If you decide to visit a huge city for some reason, I believe you cannot be wrong with Tokyo.
@@royconejo there is no doubt regarding safety and logistics as I can tell you I am from india 😅and Japan (tokyo) is way better in all aspects. I can get accustomed to being vigilant or to the city lifestyle when I visit cities like delhi , kolkata, chennai and so on ( never been to mumbai), but it always get seriously tiring. The idea of so many types of people and the fast movement of life is not so much my cup of tea, maybe because I can't afford and haven't experience the luxury/ good lifestyle of the city or I have made prejudice from my experiences of the Indian cities. Japan is always a dream destination though and I wish I have the resources for any visit abroad. But the size of Tokyo( which is the largest metropolitan) or any other city will always be intimidating.
The main thing I'm hoping to find in footage from a helicopter is confirmation that the engine is still operating. Thanks for turning the volume up to maximum so that I can check on the status of the engine at any instant during the recording, most helpful! For the benefit of those who are hard of hearing, why not add some subtitles for the engine noise too? I suggest using a gigantic font that take up the whole screen and flashes at least five times per second.
Maxing out the engine volume was a request I specifically made to please my viewers. The pilot complained at first but then understood it was on behalf of my viewer's mental health. In the past, I've uploaded helicopter rides with engines that emitted no sound whatsoever, and some of my subscribers got anxiety attacks; that's why helicopters are loud as fu*k. The loudness is on purpose. If you are brave enough, nothing prevents you from hitting the mute button. Thanks for your kind comments, and please subscribe :)
Yes, I understand that Tokio has roughly the same population as São Paulo and Buenos Aires (around 13/15M people), but I believe Tokio has taller buildings and is more densely populated than São Paulo. In turn, São Paulo infrastructure is more massive than Buenos Aires, though Buenos Aires has more inhabitants (13 vs 15M). In any case, the ranking is dominated by China megacities, with +15M inhabitants and massive skyscrapers. São Paulo is a beautiful city, you are lucky to live there! Thank you for sharing!
You are right! I've been 6 weeks in Tokyo, a week in Osaka and had the pleasure to spent some days travelling around the country by shinkansen. Nevertheless, my list of pending places to visit and things to enjoy is still huge!
We took an helicopter ride from Urayasu Heliport, right next to Tokyo Disney. The itinerary was a flyby of Tokyo Tower and Skytree at dawn. They did the same course at night and also offer long range flights to Mt Fuji and back. About Skytree, if you enjoy tall places and aerial views, visiting Tembo Gallery totally worths it!
Hi! Once in Tokyo you'll need to contact EXCEL AIR SERVICE, they are based on Urayasu heliport, right next to Tokyo Disney. We had an unforgettable experience! Good luck!

Japanese people are extremely quiet and polite, cars are mostly hybrids or EVs and traffic is silent, you won't hear a single horn! If that's not enough, there are lots of huge parks in the middle of the city. You'll be surprised how peaceful a megapolis like Tokio can be! Just avoid the after office (9 -11 pm) on working days and you'll be fine :)

+royconejo wow. It looks like a cool place to visit for a vacation. I imagine there's a lot to see & do there & lots of taking pictures with camera too.

Tokyo is what New York would look like if the entire city was Manhattan.
Not sure what you mean?
@@jimmcfarlane5611 Let me interpret it for you: Tokyo dwarfs NYC.

Kevin Richards indeed! +600 meters self standing tower designed to whitstand heavy earthqakes.. and the view at the higher observatory is amazing!
+royconejo 600 meters that'll make it 1,800 feet tall, wow. Also I heard either Tokyo, Japan or Mexico City, Mexico is the largest city in the world🌏.
