I think i The burnt part is not good to burnt good burnt is brown and crispy yours is probably black and bitter because it was verry spicy you taste not verry much off it and everything was probly kept warm if not after a few bows the coold cheese would taste like rubber for the rest it was probably great

@@digbickkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkk it is not like that. When you go to restaurant in Korea they serve the side dishes first like kimch before main dish comes, then lots people eat that as it alone. Of course I'm not saying people are eating kimch as a sneck.
David, please slow down when you eat, and try not to shove so much food into your mouth at times. Otherwise, it makes it difficult to convey the full taste and flavors of the food, and to fully convey to us how it sits on your palate. It's more than just mmmmm, yummy, and so good. I hope it's taken as a kind criticism, and not mean or nasty. I wish you the best. Cheers.
