I liked the house in Montecito the most, but that's just my love for mid-century modern plus that area is to die for! I will say, though, that my mouse finger gets a real workout having to continually click to "pause" all the time because the editing on these shows is so out of control!!!
You might want to think of rebooting this yesteryearsTV Show!!. During 1950s-1970s, Los Angeles TV station, every Saturday and Sunday morning at 8 a.m.-10 am. would, broadcast model home tours ( Orange County-Los Angeles) for the weekend buyers. It lasted for a couple of decades. Either Chan 4, 5 or 7.....Afterwards buyers watching this, were able to go out into the homes in order to view/ purchase, remember this from my childhood yrs. Channel 5 news and Huel Hauser have both filmed this home. | ruclips.net/video/CrcdGn9elOM/видео.html
Cross off that first interior designer who puts TV above fireplace - impractical and wrong aesthetically. Second one in Studio City is a bit over the top and that bookcase with diamond-shaped slots for books is a no-no (form over function) and the tiny pool is only fit for kids to splash about. The penthouse in LA is bland but nicely laid out - one can customize to fit individual taste - but please stop saying "energizing" windows (wtf)! The mid-century modern house in Montecito is very lovely with a proper size pool.
Thomas and Neil’s home is stunning! I love, love every single thing about it! WOW!
This is my favorite show! Touring homes and land is always the top of my list! Amazing space location and views; are a necessity! 👍⭐👍

The mid-century modern home in Montecito was awesome!!! But so was Mogul Manor!
I wish you bring back the old intro and music. Loved that music.
Brilliant minds think alike. That's exactly what I said.
When do you come on TV in California give me time and date please, I used to watch all the time
I can't thank you enough
Why that black center piece on the façade?

Can someone tell the host of this show that her closing sentence is anything but catchy or classy!
$5 million plus for a two bedroom two bath house? New York is way overpriced
