The healthcare is not completely free in Finland. Even before being a member of Nato Finland had not so many russian cars etc. Finland is a Nordic and western country politically economically religiously, culturally and geographically. .

Finland has always been strictly western european and even russians think that.
Nordic/Scandinavian but has a lot of history being so far East. I agree definitely Western Europe
