"Die Kaiserhymne des Heiligen Römischen Reichs" (de)
    by Vocaloid & midi
+ Fictitious Anthem of Holy Roman Empire (Alternate History) +
    Original Composer: Franz Joseph Haydn
Arranged (Lyrics & Orchestration) by: Triona Klee
Lyrics: Based on the period of the K.u.K. Monarchy 1854 ("Gott erhalte, Gott beschütze")
    Orchestration: Baroque-period-style Imitation (alla "French-Overture")
    Chorus: Hatsune Miku Append (Dark)
Pitch: Kammerton A415 (in D major) / Temperament: Schnitger's Meantone
    Nico Nico Douga: www.nicovideo.jp/watch/sm13980401
Append (Dark)
    Kapelle Triona kapelle.triona.jp
    Gott erhalte, Gott beschütze!
    Unsern Kaiser, unser Reich!
    Mächtig durch des Glaubens Stütze,
Führt er uns mit weiser Hand!
    Laßt uns seiner Väter Krone
    Schirmen wider jeden Feind!
    Gott erhalte, Gott beschütze
    Unser Heiliges Römisches Reich!
    God save, God protect,
    Our Emperor, our Empire!
    Powerfully through support of faith,
He shall lead us with wise hand!
    Let us his fathers crown
    Shield against any enemy!
    God save, God protect,
    Our Holy Roman Empire!

no, the two head eagle was the symbol of the eastern roman empire (one head looks Rome the other Constantinople), after the fall of the empire the remaining parts of the empire hold the two head eagle as their coat symbol
Russia adopt this symbol in 1472 , during the reign of Ivan III of Russia who had married Sophia Paleologue. Sophia was a niece of Constantine XI, the last Byzantine emperor for a moment Russia was called the third rome

@greenstring1 the song was created in HRE in 1797 for his emperor Francis II but agree with you in the part that this song was not the Official anthem of the HRE, it was my mistake (sorry XD)

@TheName154 The lyrics in this video are based on the period of the K.u.K. Monarchy 1854, but just a original arrangement.
In a sense, this is some kind of "Counterfactual History" or "Alternative History".
I made it with respect to the HRE, and also Deutschland & Österreich.

Because that is the two head eagle, symbol of the eastern roman empire
HRE: True succcessor of the Roman Empire (Kaiser=Caesar)
Austria: successor of the HRE (Kaiser=Caesar)
Russia: Ivan III of Russia who had married Sophia Paleologue. Sophia was a niece of Constantine XI, the last Byzantine emperor (Tzar= Caesar)
well and the symbols of Rome are the eagle and the two head eagle-
