Great video Greg. Just wondering if the lithium batteries receive any charging from your tow vehicle while in transit? It sounds like some people are adding DC-DC chargers to compensate for the smart alternators in todays vehicles which reduce the voltage during travel after the T/V battery has been recharged. Thanks and keep up the great videos
Good day! No I do not have a DC-DC charger, haven't seen the need for it, albeit I may in the future. We seem to have had great success with the roof mounted panels and the suitcase. I do like the idea of that device but maybe an upgrade path?? Cheers!
Thank you so much! I shared with my husband as its all Greek to me but we’d love to be able to be off grid. Do you know anything about where to carry or put honeypots on a 1743?
@@gregdowswell7124 so here is a question for you.. some people put drying racks on rear bumper of camper, someone posted on Alto that they did… what do you think of attaching the honey pot to that! We are now living in Ontario and most of the provincial parks do not have sewer and water. So if fill up on water and use taps for dish washing etc, the grey water fills up.. and some black water. Having to that attached to the rack somehow doesn’t add holes etc to camper and useful. Opinions?
Hey bud! Great video. Where did you hook the other end of the SAE input into the solar charger inside the camper? Thanks!
Great job on the video. Hope to see more!
More to come! I think more about the trailer for sure

Probably not many places if at all... Sadly that is one of the area of concern - small tanks.
