A pair of spark plug wire boot pullers. This job will take about 30 minutes to 45 minutes to change plugs and wires. Total job from uncovering your boat, removing all the obstacles in your way, prepping parts and tools. running on a hose, and putting everything back together should take about an hour to 1.5 hours.
