I have Mars conj NN in Virgo 12H & your interpretation is actually spot on. I'm a Gemini Sun (9H) which square this conjunction and I use to struggle more with staying inside/being alone. I have this thing where I want to do everything and constantly be on the move but I've actually become alot more private and reclusive as I've gotten older. I even have a set "quiet time" for myself now. I also have a 4H Neptune trine so I definitely get lost in the sanctuary I've created for myself. My life is a little less chaotic and I feel more at peace but now my problem is relearning and balancing that with practical things like work, schedules, etc lol. Still working on striking that balance. Saturn is transiting my 6H now so I'm sure it'll challenge that.
