You can consider texas state universities as an option. Because the living expenses there are half of what i pay in California. Tuition fees is also less if you get scholarship
Broo mc donalds and other stores give 15 dollar per hours go and work for 10 hours its easi to earn 4-5 lakh inr

We get free groceries from University and a 50$ stater bros gift card from University every month. And we were 8 people living in a 4bhk so we shared groceries which resulted in a low groceries bill monthly
